Oscar and Willie showed up at the early end of the scheduled time (much appreciated) and did an excellent job of removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. They were both very personable and took the time to both ask about and answer questions we had. I very much appreciated their professionalism and desire to provide excellent customer service.

Installer was the perfect team member for the job. Extremely considered of the property, vry careful and would not finish until machine was level and shims covering openings. went over operation and helpful tips. real plus

3 tries. First I needed to change water line size. Rescheduled with Best Buy, but never went to actual installer, so was a no show. had to reschedule again. Installer tried but had trouble leveling, finally got that fixed, then installed said level device was broke. Ordered new dishwasher. 3rd installed came, decided it was not broke! He installed it with no problems. Replacement dishwasher not needed.

This install was the most difficult, due to the placement of the space for the dishwasher. The gentleman who took care of this was precise and patient. He wasn't going to leave any part of this installation to chance. What an excellent job in every way.

The guys that did the installation did a great job. They took the old dishwasher out and put the new dishwasher in no problems They tested everything to make sure it was working properly before leaving.

Had a dishwasher installed and the guys that came out were super knowledgeable and got right to it. They also were respectful to us and our house.

After the excellent 4-appliance install I ordered with dishwasher and matching refrigerator, microwave, and oven, I am certain my next appliance purchase will be from Best Buy. About the same time I had a washer installed by a big box hardware store, and the difference between the two experiences was so stark that the Geek Squad installers will always be our preferred option.

Superb job, very smooth, answered all my questions, and completed everything in a total of 15 minutes! They made it look so easy! They even went over all my paperwork and care instructions with me! The installation contacted me about my time frame for installation, and arrived within the reduced time frame. The installer was friendly and pleasant when he came into review where the dishwasher was to be placed in my kitchen. He quickly removed and installed the new dishwasher and clean up and removed the packaging. This was a very smooth and nice process. I couldn't expect better service.

Dishwasher could not be installed by local store and was referred to Syracuse NY for installation. Took several weeks to get installed but Damien the local installer was on top of installation until completed. He called and kept me informed of status of installation when I thought about cancelling the order. Thanks to Damien for his assistance which was greatly appreciated
