Dishwasher takes a little getting used to. Bottom tray is very easy to pull out and is easily pulled to far. Should have a stop somewhere on track to prevent this. This dishwasher is a little harder to load than the LG we previously had.

The tech who came out to do the install was super helpful! He found that my cabinetry was spaced a 1/2" too close and the dishwasher wouldn't fit. Just so happened that he also installed cabinets for a living as well and went out of the way to adjust the cabinets so the dishwasher would fit despite the risk of breaking my quartz countertop while doing so and being liable to pay for it.

So far it s fine...no complaint so far............

This product was a requirement buy and so it's a great buy for the product.

Mike & Will from the independent installation team hired by Best Buy were right on top of things, despite the issues encountered with Best Buy. Best Buy had the wrong delivery address (and wrong phone number) -- Mike & Will went above and beyond to find us to make sure we got our dishwasher installed. Qudos to this fantastic team! Can't way the same for the Best Buy folks:(

....it was a breeze for me because I didn't have to do it! The person who came out to install the new unit and haul off the old one was very professional, friendly, and he went above and beyond. Some of the hose items didn't fit so he went shopping to find a couple parts that would make our hose kit work. It was worth every dime to have him come out and do this for us! Thank you!

We had the best installer you could get! I am sorry for the late review, but I couldn't figure out how to do this before! We also had a special representative from Best Buy who helped us coordinate. We were not able to go into the store at the time, so we appreciated the efforts!

The technicians were very professional and their customer service was exceptional. They were thorough in explaining the product and clean up the area to its restored state when finished. Their work ethics were great!
