This product was a replacement for a defective dishwasher. The installation was performed perfectly. Much better than the previous installation. It’s more secure and runs quietly as it should. The men were very professional.

The installation went smoothly. The geek technician arrived on schedule quickly removed the old one and replaced the new one. He demonstrated how to use it and 2 weeks later it works great.

Installers, including Fernando, worked efficiently and effectively. I especially appreciated that Fernando went over the instructions, including all the options, for running the dishwasher. I've remembered all of them without having to refer to the manual, so he's and good teacher as well as installer. He and his partner cleaned up the area well.

had to have new dishwasher replaced, the second crew came late at night, tired an ready to go home, they did A GREAT JOB, STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS LEVEL, AND WORKING RIGHT. THESE WHERE GREAT GUYS!!!!!

The install went very well. The gentleman that did the work did all of the heavy lifting and was careful with our piping, etc. There was some confusion regarding whether it would be delivered/installed on time but it worked out fine.

The guys did a phenomenal job. They came, they installed, they left. Very prompt, very efficient, and very personable.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to make some adjustments to get the dishwasher to fit the space. He did s great job and it looks great.

The guys did a great job of installing my new Thermador dishwasher after waiting six months for it’s arrival. When installer demonstrated how to clean the filter, the drain component was not “snapped” back into position properly and the first cycle did not drain. I looked up in the manual and was able to figure out why it wasn’t draining properly. No problems since.

Fantastic dishwasher! Washes and drys great. However starting it for a cycle is really challenging.

This review is for the dishwasher installation. Overall the installation was completed very professionally and no additional issues during or post installation. Only reason took a star off was that it was about 3-4 weeks to get the dishwasher installed. THis was also during the holiday season which there is an increase. But installation was done within the timeframe they stated and was performed very professionally

The installation team was great. Very friendly and professional. They were quick with the installation and informative regarding how the product worked. They were also clean and vacuumed any debris. Excellent job.

the installation was a little tedious because the floor tile was not run under the dishwasher. The guys took their time with the leveling and securing to do a great job! Also made sure that machine functioned and NO leaks!

The installers were awesome! They arrived at our house and realized they had to install an electrical outlet before they could install the dishwasher. They did this all very quickly and were out within an hour!

Came in, Installed. Quick job. I love best buy! Makes it easy to buy and install!
