The guys did a phenomenal job. They came, they installed, they left. Very prompt, very efficient, and very personable.

This dishwasher is very quiet and works very efficiently. I especially like the third drawer at the top of the dishwasher for long utensils. Our previous dishwasher did not have that and the long utensils made it difficult to make full use of the space. Now, with the long utensils out of the way, there is nore room in the dishwasher for other items.

It works! I was worried that it would not be a good product. However after much effort to remove the old one, it was safely removed. So far I am happy.

Best Buy always does a great job with installation! We have had bad experiences elsewhere where delivery people damage walls or the appliances when bringing them into our home. One even messed up our flooring in the kitchen! Best Buy always takes special care of you and your appliances!

The install team arrived on time and was very good to work with. They did not make a mess of the place and the actual installation was very quick. There tested the unit and made sure it was working before they left.

Fridge is super quiet compared to the GE model we replaced. Has some unique storage features that we like. Sleek, nice looking. Really wish it had a water/ice dispenser on the external door however. Matches our Thermador appliances without having to spend thousands more for a Thermador brand fridge. Great service fromBest Buy.

Purchased a new Bosch dishwasher for our new home and what a difference it has made . It is so quiet that you have to check to make sure it is on. It comes with three racks for total convenience. Really glad we made this purchase

I am very happy with this dishwasher. It works better than the previous model, is super quiet , and dries all the dishes and glasses without leaving any spots. I would highly recommend this dish washer to anyone that wants a nice appliance. I am sold on Samsung and have had their products for 10 yrs now. Best purchase for the money !!!

Installer arrived on schedule, was friendly, polite and masked. Had the old machine out and replaced with new in under 45 minutes. O problems encountered or follow up needed. All in all N excellent experience. This installer was excellent!

Our installer, Scott Kornreich, was supposed to arrive at 9am, and he arrived right on time. He did a great job of installing the dishwasher quickly and efficiently, while being careful of our kitchen and entryway. He explained things clearly to me and offered assistance in case of any troubles, although we've had none.

The service technician was punctual, courteous, professional, and completely competent. He completed the installation quickly, performed all aspects of the job correctly, and gave us a brief overview of the proper use and care of the new dishwasher.

Installers notified me in advance when they would arrive and completed the installation within an hour. They were careful when removing the old unit out of the house to not scratch anything on the way out. Overall good service but what keeps me from giving them 5 stars is minor things such as I wish the installers would be given shoe covers when they enter your home. My cabinets are white and since their hands are dirty, I had to clean my cabinets after they left. They left a small amount of trash from the dishwasher box.

The team that delivered my dishwasher were great. Very professional and made sure it was level and operating.
