The delivery / installation was great! Arrived on time and was very meticulous to make sure the dishwasher was level, no leaks, etc. He took out the packaging material to the garbage and cleaned up. I could not have been more impressed with him!

We were quite impressed with the setup and connection of our new dishwasher. The crew was skilled, knowledgeable and helpful as they walked us through the startup guide and waited through the first quick wash, We were most pleasantly surprised with their thoroughness and patience.

These installation guys were fabulous. I think they deserve commendation.

Installer was on time. He checked over the unit for damage before bringing into home. He covered my floors to not damage them. He was very knowledgeable about dishwashers and he cleaned up after he was done. Did a fantastic job!!

The contractor called and confirmed appointment the day before then showed up on time! Did a very through job installing the dishwasher including replacing a valve under the sink that he felt may fail. Did a great job cleaning up after himself.

These guys were timely, amazing, helpful, curtious, safe and respectful. The horror stories I have heard from people who have bought and had other appliances installed from other big chain stores has really scared me. I could not be happier with the delivery and installation from Bestbuy. Thank you!

This is a great product and having it installed was a breeze.

The team that installed our dishwasher were very professional. They installed the dishwasher and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Cleaned up after themselves and were very careful when bringing in the dishwasher. They answered all my questions about the operation of the appliance. I highly recommend the Best Buy installation when you purchase any appliance.

The techs that did the install were awesome! Great communication, fast and efficient. Answered a couple of quick questions we had and provided us with the manual for any information we may have needed after they were gone. They worked as a team and we would recommend them to friends in a heart beat!

I purchased the home tech support through Best Buy when I purchased my kitchen appliances. The technician that installed my dishwasher and over the stove microwave was very professional, conscientious and thorough. He removed the old appliances and installed the new. I am very happy with the service I have received.

Install went well with one hiccup where dishwasher had to have a GFI outlet that we were unaware of along with them requiring line installation to which we were quoted a fee of $185.

We had the best installer you could get! I am sorry for the late review, but I couldn't figure out how to do this before! We also had a special representative from Best Buy who helped us coordinate. We were not able to go into the store at the time, so we appreciated the efforts!

My whirlpool dishwasher is good. The drying cycle is terrible. The cups and dishes are still wet when done. I have it on heated dry they still come out wet. Not good.

I feel terrible that I've forgotten his name, but the installer who installed my LG dishwasher was fantastic. He was a very pleasant guy and he was all business. He knew his stuff and he didn't let any problems that arose get in his way of finishing the job properly and completely. He didn't cut any corners either. A real professional. I can't say enough good things about this guy.

Upon the first installation, the unit was not inserted into the cabinet base equally on both sides. Since social distancing was in place, I did not really get close to the unit until after the installers had left. I also did not get any type of instructional overview with the installation, as expected. They were otherwise professional. BestBuy did make it right, after waiting for a second appointment, the second crew was able to fix the error in just a few minutes.
