We had dishwasher and stove installed. Was very professionally done.

The guy gave us excellent service. Even though the kit we bought was inadiquite, He had extra parts available to finish the job at no extra cost to us. He was very thoughtful and a pleasure to have in our home

Upon the first installation, the unit was not inserted into the cabinet base equally on both sides. Since social distancing was in place, I did not really get close to the unit until after the installers had left. I also did not get any type of instructional overview with the installation, as expected. They were otherwise professional. BestBuy did make it right, after waiting for a second appointment, the second crew was able to fix the error in just a few minutes.

The Geek Squad installers were great. But the dishwasher was defective. So a week later a second unit was installed by non-GS installers. They were 2 hours late and not nearly as competent or professional.

I had a LG Dishwasher installed on a Thursday afternoon. The installer arrived within the stated time and the installation went mostly smooth. It took probably 90 minutes or so, and my old unit was hauled away.

Completed the job quickly and correctly. Very nice people too

We had a young couple come to install our new dishwasher. They were very courteous, efficient and had my new dishwasher quickly installed!

The dishwasher was installed and seems to work correctly. The company that came out to install charged me $48 for some miscellaneous part. The same company was supposed to come out and install the oven that day and it was a disaster on the oven front. But Best Buy made everything right (and gave me a gift card to reimburse me for the part). I appreciate that they followed through on the customer service from their end and hope they don’t use that install contractor in the future.

Delivery and install as ordered. Person was professional and courteous.

The company hired to do the installation was on time and professional. Since this was a dishwasher install there was some water spilling expected when replacing the lines; the installers cleaned up any water and made sure everything was dry. Dishwasher was installed correctly and new lines were routed professionally and out of the way under the sink. Overall very pleased.

The delivery / installation was great! Arrived on time and was very meticulous to make sure the dishwasher was level, no leaks, etc. He took out the packaging material to the garbage and cleaned up. I could not have been more impressed with him!

The installers were great and the product seems excellent.

Installers were on time. Very cordial. Explained the procedure and executed it effortlessly. Left the work area clean, good house keeping. Tested work for leaks and explained machine operating procedure, care and maintenance. Left contact information for concerns and any repairs that might come up. Took about forty minutes from start to finish.

This is a third-party installer, but they were great. Fast, easy, no questions asked. explained the use and precautions and removed my old dishwasher.

We were offered a free install with this Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The company was outsourced by Best Buy and did an excellent job. They gave us an approximate time of arrival and called when they were about 30 minutes away. The service guy was professional and polite and answered all our questions. He even gave us some tips which have proven to be helpful.

Excellent Installation of my dishwasher. I received a call a day in advance of the install, the installer showed up on time, removed old dishwasher and installed the new one. They were fast and efficient. Thank you!
