Tech that came was excellent, professional and great follow up post install for a question. I've had a few Geek Squad folks come out to install other stuff that were questionable and if it wasnt for the logo, not sure I would let them in my house (those folks did do good work, just looked sorta sketchy). That all said, the Dishwasher tech was excellent! period!

Could not be more pleased with the installation by Best Buy. The installers were capable, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I will always look to purchase appliances from Best Buy first because of the quality of their installation services.

Installer hired by BestBuy (at Your Service) was great. I was concerned that my old dishwasher was hard-wired and the best buy customer service told me the new style is to use an outlet and a plug, but they were able to install it the old way so I didnt need an electrician too, and refunded me the plug corg part. Thanks for excellent service.

The delivery and installation of our new Whirlpool dishwasher couldn't have gone smoother. In less than an hour, our old dishwasher was removed and the new one installed quickly and efficiently. The installer was professional and knowledgable.

Two installers came to the house to install the dishwasher. They were quick and did an excellent job. I was allowed to clean under the old dishwasher after they removed it from the house. They left no mess and explained and how the dishwasher operated.

Pretty quick and easy. Definitely look over the manuals after install they give you a lot of information but the manuals might help keep you from melting plastic, etc..

I never could have done this myself. The opening was tight. Nevertheless I was disappointed that after arrival I was asked to pay an extra $100 cash as they needed to obtain more tools for the installation. I had recently moved to Vermont and did not have access to that much cash. It would have been better to write a check or use a credit card for this additional expense. Further, I did not think to ask for a receipt for the extra cash needed for the needed tool. They did offer to come back another day, but it would have been over a week. The actual work was satisfactory.

Installed was great but they only gave him one size house which of course did not fit my fittings so I had to buy another one. Could not complete install
