Shane and Caleb showed up on time, removed our old dishwasher and put the new one in. They left no mess behind. I really appreciated it that they wore masks and and asked us Covid questions before entering. It shows true consideration and care for their customers!

this has been so stressful for me but Best buy and their crew just made so easy. this was a replacement for a under warranty situation. I am very pleased and thank you.

I would have rated higher but the third party installer was rude. Before arriving, he demanded I showed proof of "haul away" of the old washer even though it was on the work ticket. What ended up happening, when they delivered the new washer, the third party installer marked the "haul away" complete even though it wasn't. He came in and upon inspecting the new washer, he was saying it was missing parts and that it wasn't going to fit (even though I measured and saw the "new" washer had adjustable feet.) He made us buy additional parts, not an issue, but he made it out like he was doing is a "favor." He also stated he had to do "extra" to get the old washer out and that he "could've charged" an extra $100 but he didn't because he did us a "favor." Other than the excess stress/drama, the installation itself was fine.

Installation was on time, carefully done, and the dishwasher works well.

I had my dishwasher installed during the Covid-19 pandemic. The installer took precautions during the installation to ensure that he and the area were safe. The installation was completed in less than an hour He also hauled the old dishwasher away and cleaned up the area when the job was completed.

Our Geek Squad tech Kwok was the best tech I’ve ever had. He and his assistant were awesome and friendly and knowledgeable and super helpful and did a fantastic install and showed us hot to do what we needed to do once our flooring was done. Hauled away our old unit and some other items we had that needed to be recycled too!

The install checked all the boxes. He gave us a heads up as to when he would arrive and came at the time he indicated. He was fast and efficient. He cleaned up and left the kitchen in great shape. GREAT JOB

They took the old one and did a nice job putting the new dishwasher in.

The installed team missed my original delivery date and I had to wait a week for the next team to come and install. The install team was great just should have made the original date.

When Best Buy came to install my dishwasher they couldn’t install it because my power outlet Under the cabinet wasn’t up to code. So they left the new unit For us to install on our own and took the old one. When we installed the new electrical outlet we realized that there was nothing wrong with the old dishwasher, it was the outlet that had malfunctioned. But it was too late. Our old dishwasher had already been hauled away. So we bought And installed a brand new dishwasher when we didn’t need to.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician. He arrived on time and treated my home as if it was his own home throughout the removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new one. He explained all of the steps as he accomplished them and the end result was perfect. I was completely pleased with the result.

I purchased installation with my new dishwasher. The crew arrived when they said they would, were professional and courteous, and completed the installation in a timely manner. The dishwasher is running fine, and I haven't seen any signs of leaks. If you don't enjoy tasks like installing dishwashers, it's probably worth purchasing the installation service.

I was very pleased with the installation of my new Whirlpool dishwasher.

The washed dishes are more cleaner than a KitchenAid (We ordered a KitchenAid one first, which is more expensive than this one). However, there is a squeaky noise during operation. Need to call the customer service to figure out.
