Did a great job delivering, installing and even explaining how to use our new dishwasher. They even pointed out a small damaged areas on handle and called it in to report to best buy customer service. Great service!

Installer installed quickly, ran a leak check and a cycle to make sure it worked. He was here as promised, worked quickly and was pleasant.

I did not buy a new dishwasher however, the one that I have needed to be removed and realigned. The process was very delicate in order not to damage cabinetry on either side. Dennis West (and his partner) did an excellent job.

Dishwasher Install service was utilize in installing the dishwasher

We were very happy with our new dishwasher installation. Installation was completed without a hitch. NOTE: We will be replacing our counter tops in the near future and the installer screwed the new dishwasher to the sides of the cabinet, instead of at the top into the counter top as the original one was. This should make removal of the old counter top easier.

From the first second the installer walked in the door I sensed he didn't want to do the installation. He first looked under the sink and asked where's the water connection. We can only connect if the water is under the sink. I said it's right here, much closer than the sink and has a shutoff valve with the standard supply connection, the sink is 4 feet away, this is actually much closer. He's saying no we're not allowed to connect it unless the supply is under the sink. "but this is easier and closer" "doesn't matter" So I took the 30 minutes and did the install myself. I felt ripped off because the Best Buy total tech was supposed to cover this for free. In addition I assume I was supposed to sign something to acknowledge I received a dishwasher but nothing he flew out the door, probably forged my signature. I think he knew I would write NO INSTALL and that might raise eyebrows. The dishwasher works great and the install was easy, just didn't get my free total tech install.

The delivery team was great!! They had to add a different size hose or fitting (I wasn't home when it was installed) which did cost additional money however they had the supplies with them and they installed it and were done in about 15 minutes. Great service from the delivery team

The Best Buy installation crew kept me informed about their expected arrival time. They were prompt as to their word. They quicklty and efficiently removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one....without making a mess in my kitchen. The team was curteous and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving. They made sure everything was working properly also.
