Great dishwasher. Good looks. Very quiet. Hard to tell it is on.

Technician was fast and had this installed in about 15 minutes.

My installers were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Did a great job all around The folks who schedule this service need to up their game - cancelled on me several times and poor communication.

The delivery guy was great! Very professional, secured the washer properly and cleaned up before he left. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

They did a good job and demonstrating the dishwasher. But that was the only time it worked. Repair said it was mother board. The replacement worked fine.

The dishwasher works fine but the seal is so tight that it holds moisture and dishes have a hard time completely drying. This is especially true when you just use it as a drain after washing dishes in the sink.

The installation techs were great...very quick and efficient. However, I had the installation date rescheduled once. When they called to reschedule, I chose a new date and time frame for the installation. They called the day before our second installation date and completely changed our time window. I had already taken off for the window I had signed up for. When I called and asked why it had been changed, they said there was nothing they could do except for reschedule me again and they couldn't guarantee the new time they were going to give me anyway. Very inconvenient, but the actual techs that came out were great.

Installer was clearly very experienced and proficient, completed it quickly without difficulty. But the install was delayed for a week when the 1st delivery man found that the water to the old dishwasher came from below rather than from the side, as LG requires. I had a plumber fix that, but Best Buy should have alerted me to the possibility.

I had an old refrigerator hauled away and a new one installed. The two guys that showed up to do the work were fantastic, careful not to damage my hardwood floor and provided necessary adjustments to the fridge doors to ensure proper alignment. Very friendly, provided good notice prior to appointment and arrived on time. Excellent service!
