First time, one of the company came over to install and it was an horrible experience. They were literally tried everything not to install and to their luck, the new one came in dented from Best buy. They sent me a new one but I had to live with no dish washer for more than 2 weeks. It was horrible until then but the 2nd company who came over to install was very good. They did it pretty quick and very nice job. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the installation companies.

Prompt, quick, professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Did have to install a separate electrical outlet, for which they charged $84. But, the installation was precise considering the measurements were within 1/8 of an inch on the cabinet it went into.

My installers were great! Installed and gave me time to clean out where old appliances were. Moved my old fridge to garage and took an older one we had in garage. They new their stuff

had my samsung dishwasher delivered, and to our surprise they had added a charge for installing, we had been told that it was included, however the delivery man got right on the phone, and talk with a supervisor, they waved the fee, , so that was above and beyond the delivery, great job bye the delivery person, not so good by the saleperson

The two gentlemen did a good job despite my old pipes. It took a little longer because they had to buy a new piece to connect my dishwasher line but I was pleased with their work!

Based on the things they were saying to each other, we got the feeling the installers did not know what they were doing. In the first month of using the dishwasher, it became evident they didn’t know what they were doing. They didn’t screw the clips to the underside of the countertop which we learned when we pulled the bottom rack out and the whole dishwasher fell forward. They didn’t properly connect the water line and we had a water leak (hardwood floors). And they didn’t leave the install kit that we paid for so when we needed to fix the water line connection, we had to go to the Best But store and get one (which they provided ‘free’ of charge since we already paid for it). For the $180 installation fee, we expected a professional installation.

Although I had an issue with the initial schedule (original install date was a fiasco where I had to get it rescheduled), once the install team did arrive, they did an awesome job. Technician went above and beyond by identifying and correcting an issue of my self-install of the vent hood. He corrected on the spot. Extremely happy with the installation team.

We removed the old dishwasher for the installer, after installation was complete, we noticed when you close the door "it binds up". My wife tried to tell him, but he did not speak English. After further investigating he did not level the adjustable legs and mounted the dishwasher unlevel, creating it to bind up before closing. Slowing down to make sure everything works properly before rushing out in a hurry makes the difference.

Had to realign to center in opening, installer took the easy way out.
