My installer was Rob and he was very good at what he does. He was also very careful of my flooring and cabinets. I had new shut off valves installed prior to this install.. Thinking that one should start with all new water supply. I would recommend that before the dishwasher arrives. Rob was on time, professional and courteous.. No problems at all for the installation.

The office called to confirm that the technicians would install the dishwasher on the scheduled day and gave us a 2 hour window of our choosing. On the scheduled day, the technician called to say they would be at our house in 20 minutes (30 minutes ahead of schedule). They completed the installation very quickly, cleaned up the area and took the old dishwasher away. Great job!

Our Geek Squad tech Kwok was the best tech I’ve ever had. He and his assistant were awesome and friendly and knowledgeable and super helpful and did a fantastic install and showed us hot to do what we needed to do once our flooring was done. Hauled away our old unit and some other items we had that needed to be recycled too!

We removed the old dishwasher for the installer, after installation was complete, we noticed when you close the door "it binds up". My wife tried to tell him, but he did not speak English. After further investigating he did not level the adjustable legs and mounted the dishwasher unlevel, creating it to bind up before closing. Slowing down to make sure everything works properly before rushing out in a hurry makes the difference.

Dishwasher was installed by a local company that contracts with Best Buy for this work. They were great -- called several times to confirm scheduled appointment, the young guy who did the work was nice and personable and gave a good "how to use your dishwasher 101" when he was done with the hookup. He checked his work carefully, and he kept everything very clean.

This dishwasher has lots of configuration options. It does a decent cleaning job. Only concern is it feels delicate. Glad my kids are older so they are a little more gentle.

Tech that came was excellent, professional and great follow up post install for a question. I've had a few Geek Squad folks come out to install other stuff that were questionable and if it wasnt for the logo, not sure I would let them in my house (those folks did do good work, just looked sorta sketchy). That all said, the Dishwasher tech was excellent! period!

I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician. He arrived on time and treated my home as if it was his own home throughout the removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new one. He explained all of the steps as he accomplished them and the end result was perfect. I was completely pleased with the result.

The Geek Squad member who came to install our dishwasher communicated his arrival time clearly, acted professionally, and ensured there were no issues with the dishwasher prior to leaving. The service was very good. Best buy got a few things wrong with the order but the the service man was able to get it worked out.
