My installer did a quick and easy install of all 4 appliances.

The dish washer is excellent at cleaninf the dishes and is very quiet.

Smooth professional installation. Installers were courteous and noticed they were blocking the driveway as I was coming home. They offered to move the truck multiple times, but I told them it wasn't necessary.

had my samsung dishwasher delivered, and to our surprise they had added a charge for installing, we had been told that it was included, however the delivery man got right on the phone, and talk with a supervisor, they waved the fee, , so that was above and beyond the delivery, great job bye the delivery person, not so good by the saleperson

The installation techs were great...very quick and efficient. However, I had the installation date rescheduled once. When they called to reschedule, I chose a new date and time frame for the installation. They called the day before our second installation date and completely changed our time window. I had already taken off for the window I had signed up for. When I called and asked why it had been changed, they said there was nothing they could do except for reschedule me again and they couldn't guarantee the new time they were going to give me anyway. Very inconvenient, but the actual techs that came out were great.

Quick and easy , installer was here less than 45 minutes. Cleaned up disposed a of all the garbage. Very satisfied with his work.

Geek Squad installers, were just so nice & very respectful of our home. They explained things as they went along. They were professional all the way. My only regret was that I forgot to tip them, which they so much deserved. My mind must have been somewhere else.

I also bought a cell phone, in addition to the appliances. The young lady that helped me gave me a phone cord to charge it that has two USB connectors, on each end. How odd, you can't charge it with that cord.

The gentlemen installing the dishwasher were very kind, explained everything, and made sure it was running prior to leaving. One gentleman knew a lot about the installation and was training the second gentleman. Both great!

LLS Logistics is a fantastic company. I dealt with the boss and two installers and they were the BEST!! Will definitely request them next time I buy an appliance from Best Buy.
