Totally worth the price to install and the guy did a great job!

Fabulous team who arrived on time. They were courteous, answered all of my questions, and left the area clean and dry. I could not have asked for a better installation experience.

The process was super easy and the install team did a great job. We purchased for my father-in-law and he didn't have to lift a finger, delivered and installed all included!!

Although I had an issue with the initial schedule (original install date was a fiasco where I had to get it rescheduled), once the install team did arrive, they did an awesome job. Technician went above and beyond by identifying and correcting an issue of my self-install of the vent hood. He corrected on the spot. Extremely happy with the installation team.

Product is great and so was installation. Delivery was awful! They missed the 1st 4 delivery dates but finally made it on the 5th try.

Everything was perfect on the install, except that it wd have been greatly enhanced if the 7 am to 7 pm window could have been earlier

Dishwasher installed with no problems. Done quickly.

Ronald Cratty was an excellent installer and fully understood all problems we had in obtaining the machine, and solved them. Scheduling the installation proved to be more than the Best Buy software could handle, and needed human intervention

installer had to hard wire the unit. did so without complaint.

sad it requires at least 1 star, but this was incompetence multiplied by 10. Original order from in the store was June 10th. Got a dishwasher, dryer and asked salesperson for a pedestal for the dryer. Installation at checkout was for jun 20, pretty long wait, but ok. on the 11th, got a txt I guess from the installer "sorry, unforeseen problem, moving to 27th". bummed but what can I do. On the 22nd, I logged into BB to check the status of everything, and the dishwasher install kit was set for delivery on the 29th! called in and they said we can move everything to the 29th. more bummed. morning of the 29th, BB truck delivers the install kit and closes out the whole ticket as completed. Around lunch the installers arrive. First thing, we can't install the dryer pedestal for safety reasons, it's not compatible (selected by store salesperson). Do you want us to return it and refund your money - I said yes. Tried to undo old dishwasher for 30 minutes and decided it wont come out, I'll need to call in a floor guy and have the flooring cut away from the dishwasher. They installed the dryer and left the extra power cord for me to return (but took the pedestal). Said as soon as we cut the floor, call the store to reschedule. Called a contractor friend over the next day, after a minute looking, he raised the support legs and the dishwasher slid right out! but we left it connected. Called the store back and they scheduled July 6th (nearly a fullmonth after purchase). The guy who came was a geeksquad repairman. He didn't know it was a dishwasher install and said they are not allowed to do that, it requires a licensed electrician. He was going to get his boss to call it in as the local contracted install team boss was on vacation. I Called BB again, was on the phone over an hour and they couldn't get it rescheduled. Went into the store to return electrical cord from dryer and ask about pedestal return. They couldn't find it, it had NOT been returned. Talked to a manager, they can't reschedule because the order was closed as completed by the install kit delivery guy! They will try to find the pedestal and get the regional manager to reschedule install. 2 more trips to the store, they finally just refund for the pedestal w/o ever finding it, and scheduling a new install for free (yeah!). On July 20th, almost 6 weeks after purchase! Same install guy shows up in a Lowes truck wearing cotton shorts that were way too loose. works for over an hour, my wife stays while I take kid to summer camp. When I get back he is gone and the dishwasher is sticking out from under the counter about 2 1/2" at the bottom and he had drilled an extra hole in the cabinet wall under the sink and left the mess and the water that leaked out of the drain pipe all the way to the front door. Have to leave the washer like that until saturday when my wife and I pull it out and see the water and electrical cords are blocking the machine from going in to the opening, we read the manual and the installer did NOT attach the insulation to the clips that hold it in place and did not adjust the feet. After an hour crawling on the floor we finished the install ourselves. So we waited 7 weeks and finally had to install it ourselves. Their install team was NOT professional, and completely incompetent and may have kept the pedestal for themselves. The local store managers were nice and repeatedly apologized, but they HAVE to use the installers corporate contracted with. There is absolutely no way I would recommend a BB install in the east alabama region (or Lowes or home depot as they use the same team).

First crew Didn’t hook up drain hose properly and the dishwasher was not performing well. The water was in hose and keeping dishwasher damp and smelled bad! The first dishwasher didn’t dry the dishes properly- I called Best Buy and the had a crew here within few days to take care of everything

The guy said installed the dishwasher would have gotten a 5 but the one kid forgot to put the quiet thing on the front under the dishwasher. They were very nice. They were gentlemen apologize for any inconveniences.

I love baking and this product makes my baking easier and the difference of my previous gas range is you can tell the outcome of the foods. My family loves it.
