The Install was done on time. I was notified several days before and received a call 20 minutes prior the appointment. Overall, I enjoy having Best Buy Membership.

It was easy to schedule the delivery and installation online. We received the call the day before, as promised, and they showed up on time. The installation was done quickly and, as far as I can tell so far, done well. Yes, it was a little expensive, but for something like this, it wouldn't have made sense to splurge on the dishwasher and scrimp on the installation.

I would highly recommend having the Best Buy team hook up your new appliances.... we were very pleased with the service. Not only did they take our old one out and dispose of it, they also professionally installed the new dishwasher and made sure that it was working before they left. They also cleaned up all of the mess involved in the process.

Service was great. Communication was perfect, technician was very knowledgeable and polite. Installation took only a few minutes.

Arrived on time,had informed me when on their way.2 guys came,with the washer,removed the older one, did fit in the new pipe,wire etc as needed and hauled away the old one.Also gave me a brief lesson on how to run it,how to take out the filter,soap ,rinse aid info etc.Had zero issues with this. Did wait for BB offer of free install and free haul away .

I was super impressed with the delivery folks! Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to add on the installation of the microwave that I bought separately at Best Buy after I initially ordered the dishwasher. I had several items delivered and installed around the time and these guys were, hands down, the best!!!

It took 2 times to do it correctly. First installer put the electric in wrong and blamed it on the dishwasher, Second installer came in, checked the new GFI that was installed and found it was put in wrong. Fixed it and the dishwasher is in and working. Love the dishwasher, didn't love the first installation. Saved by the second one but still not completely happy with customer service.

They did a great job and installed it quickly. Polite too.

Tough install - I had to drill a hole in the floor to move the water line which set the install back a week - not Best Buy's problem - simply an old house trying to adapt to new equipment. Once the water line was moved all went well.

Tech was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain all each step he was doing to ensure I understood the reasoning and mechanics behind the install. ran me trough the machine's functions. Was in and out in no time. Extremely professional

I found the manual difficult to understand as to which direction went with which model. Some of the samples did not appear to match the model that I purchased. Had a lot of problems setting extra dry before choosing a cycle.

Fast installation. Two men came one installed while the other took the old dishwasher outside. They were both professional and polite. We would always have things installed from any big product we buy.
