The 2 young men, Matt and Josh did an excellent job. I had to have a plumber to install a cut off valve. Those 2 young men were right back to install as soon as that was done. Right on time, took the time to explain how my Maytag Dishwasher work. Excellent.

The installer - tech was very knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented, and thoroughly cleaned up every bit of installation debris. I am normally a do-it your-self type, but this tech did a much better and faster job than I am capable of. Some times it really pays to let the pro do it.

The delivery is on time, right at the beginning of the window we were given. Two guys came. They install quickly, then clean up. The dishwasher runs well, we did not have any issues. The main guy is very courteous and works hard.

Dirty dishes in the sink necessitated hand washing for the first time in years. We could hardly wait to get the new dish washer installed. The Best Buy techs arrived and installed the new machine, a nearly thousand dollar dishwasher. They claimed to have tested it. The next day, my wife ran the first cycle and, surprise, surprise, a puddle of water on the floor. Techs said the machine was damaged in shipping yet they installed anyway and didn't detect the damage before leaving. They were remorseful and polite and the replacement was installed a week later and has worked fine ever since.

Thé installer that Best Buy sent to install my dishwasher was great. He communicated ahead of time when to expect him, showed up on time and cleaned up before he left

My appointment was set up quickly and I received a lot of reminders. The morning of, they called about 20 minutes before they got here. They were even early. Very nice and polite. I watched as they did it and they answered all my questions. Cleaned up any trash they had and were in and out in about 30 minutes.

The gentleman that delivered and installed my dishwasher did an excellent job.

Installation was scheduled through the website. We were the first stop on the schedule and our two techs showed up 15 minutes early (my wife slept through the entire installation). Took them only a half hour to remove our old one and setup the new one. Cleaned up the entire area.

Our installers were the best! They fixed extra plumbing issues during their last stop the night before Thanksgiving. I was so grateful!!!❤

Crew that did our dishwasher installation were prompt, courteous and friendly. They followed all the Covid guidelines and were very efficient. They explained the "how to" for using the dishwasher and answered all my questions. I wish all installations went this smoothly.

Installation was rapid and correct, except the service person did not tighten a connection sufficiently, so we had a bit of water leaking under the sink.

Installation in Alaska is usually a pain and this was no exception. Not a reflection of best buy but was expected.

The workers were professional, informative, and did the job quickly. They cleaned up any mess they may have caused. Great job.

Installation tech showed up on time and was knowledgable. I did hold off buying the warranty at the store and when the tech was here he was able to offer it at a lower rate (not sure why) but who cares RIGHT? It was an $70 savings. The tech also ran me thru the basic operation of the dishwasher and was a pleasure to work with.

The first person found the valve was bad to connect it. This im sure helped us from having problem later. When valve was fixed, a different person came to install. He was super, too! Excellent work and very polite!
