The installation of the dishwasher was done perfectly.

The tech was on time and very efficient and professional. This time the machine wasn't damaged when we opened the box.

The installers were very professional and experienced. They used and appropriate protection for the hardwood floor in the kitchen and as a result we had no complaints about their work. They tested the installation to assure its workability, and it worked as advertised when we made our first use.

Paid $70 for “professional” installation? 2 weeks after install our dishwasher quit working. Called geek squad to schedule a repair. A week later when repair time comes, I get a call stating they scheduled the home theatre team and now the soonest they could come back out was another week. After being without a dishwasher I decided to see if I could fix it myself. Dishwasher wasn’t broke at all! The drain hose was backed up from being stuffed, kinked, and ran incorrectly from the dishwasher to the disposal. Not to mention the mess of cut wires plugs and connectors from the old dishwasher they chose to just leave stuffed behind the new one. Just not a real good experience. Honestly this is the 1st time in a long time that I have had this bad of an experience. As much money as my family spends at Best Buy, I never thought it would be here.

My husband and I asked a lot of questions about the installation(it was part of the price of dishwasher...not extra). Our Best Buy store was using a new party for installations. Our installer called before he arrived; had all equipment that was needed and just did a great job installing and showing the features.

I've had problems with the installation since it was put in. The installers worked hard to get everything in place but unfortunately the bottom panel was never sent, or was misplaced during the installation. I waited another week for them to come back and the panel was put in wrong and it won't be corrected until 1/7. So, I'm still waiting for the proper installation to be finished. Nice guys, just not very organized.
