The installer was friendly and did a good job removing our two appliances and bringing in the two replacements. But, even though our existing dishwasher had been installed a few years earlier without any problem, he said the turn-off valve had to be moved. A few weeks after it had been installed, I noticed water leaking under the sink. At first I tried to call the installation company. But after being on hold for several minutes concluded that he would say he did nothing to the sink and called our plumber to come back. If we ever replace another dishwasher, we will call our own installer.

They arrived ahead of schedule, installed the machine quickly, gave me a tutorial on how to use it, packed up the old one and left. Great business, professional.

Love the dishwasher. Gets dishes clean, it’s quiet and actually dries them too. Also very beautiful.The delivery drivers were right on time, called about 15 minutes out, very pleasant and efficient.

My appointment was set up quickly and I received a lot of reminders. The morning of, they called about 20 minutes before they got here. They were even early. Very nice and polite. I watched as they did it and they answered all my questions. Cleaned up any trash they had and were in and out in about 30 minutes.

This is the second appliance this guy has installed for us and he is top notch. Always lets us know what he is doing, asks for permission if any alterations are needed, and recommends how he would have his own appliances installed. He also gives us multiple ways of contacting him in case we need something or have a questions.

I was very happy with the installation service. The hot water shutoff valve under my kitchen sink was not working properly. Installation crew didn't sweat it and turned off water at hot water tank instead. Installation took reasonable amount of time.

Dishwasher is very good. I am getting used to rack configuations, but that is because my old one was 12 years old.

The techs were super. They were very clean and fast when installing the Dishwasher, and even gave me a change to clean the spot where it was goin to go...while they took out the old one and the packing. Great work!

We purchased installation for our new Bosch dishwasher and we are happy that we did. The 2 guys came on time, were courteous and quick to do the job. We were even given a quick introduction to the dishwasher before they left. Saved us the trouble of installing it ourselves.

The installation was done in no time, the technicians knew exactly what to do and were very personable. The removed and took away the old dishwasher and made sure the new one worked prior to leaving.

The the independent installers that Best Buy used really knew there stuff. They came in and got the job done in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after they were done and hauled away all the trash. Very courteous.

Dirty dishes in the sink necessitated hand washing for the first time in years. We could hardly wait to get the new dish washer installed. The Best Buy techs arrived and installed the new machine, a nearly thousand dollar dishwasher. They claimed to have tested it. The next day, my wife ran the first cycle and, surprise, surprise, a puddle of water on the floor. Techs said the machine was damaged in shipping yet they installed anyway and didn't detect the damage before leaving. They were remorseful and polite and the replacement was installed a week later and has worked fine ever since.
