The Best Buy representative was knowledgeable, efficient and caring in installation of our dishwasher. After installation he took the time to go over various aspects of our GE Cafe dishwasher and answer our questions. Also appreciated the take away service for our old unit.

It's glorious! The third rack on top isn't something I ever thought I needed, but, Brian Goodwill our best Best Buy specialist knew better! Smooth installation (when using Best Buy installers). Total pros all around!

It is recommended that you have the Best Buy professional install your dishwasher. Any problems (if any) that may arise can be repaired on the spot. The installer done an excellent job and kept me informed with what he was doing.

The installers were very professional and did quality work! They scheduled the electrician for us and he did a great job, too. The company is very organized and got the permits we needed and sent us a letter with the information we needed to get the work inspected.

I loved that I was getting notified about their schedule and so I knew when to expect them at my house. They encountered a problem removing my old dishwasher because of the new floor in my kitchen but they didn't give up and were able to remove it after all. Paying for this service is well worth it. Thank you!

This LG Dishwasher was a replacement for a Samsung that was not a year old and started leaking. I hope we have better luck with this one. Best installer we’ve had for any appliance in our home.

Installation tech showed up on time and was knowledgable. I did hold off buying the warranty at the store and when the tech was here he was able to offer it at a lower rate (not sure why) but who cares RIGHT? It was an $70 savings. The tech also ran me thru the basic operation of the dishwasher and was a pleasure to work with.

Cruz did a great job of informing us on the dishwasher which was not what we expected. He guessed that we bought it online (which we did). The model is 2 inches shorter than we thought and Cruz was very patient with us as we decided if we wanted to keep the dishwasher.
