Very Professional installation, Proficiently installed

The installation of our new Bosch dishwasher was very good. The installers were professional, thorough, and took time to explain the dishwasher functions and to answer any questions. Although our installation took a little longer, due to existing granite countertop, the installers did not rush, but did an excellent job. Thanks!

The install team was on time, communicated well and were very knowledgeable. Install took a little more than an hour which was half the time I expected.

After the first team refused to do the job, Javier tackled an installation in a less than ideal kitchen latout like a champ.

The installers was awesome, it was Best Buy schedulers that made things very complicated. Giving the installers the wrong info it was just a mess

Dishwasher installer did not communicate to let me know until 30min before showing. My refrig. installer let me know a 4hr window 24hr ahead of time. The dishwasher install was average until the said they needed to charge me an additional 16 dollars for a 79 cent 3 inch piece of plastic.

I have used this dishwasher 3 times fully loaded with a gel and a rinse aid. The installer suggested that I use a gel and not a granular product. Welll. not a really happy camper. The insides remain wet even after 24 hrs. I use the extra dry button, but inside remains wet. Any suggestions. I did not even open it until 24 hrs. later. AM I SUPPOSE TO HAND DRY THE DISHES?? ANY THOUGHTS?? iNSTALLED ON 1/11/22.

Best Buy handled the installation of my new dishwasher with a 3rd party. I did not care for the first company, a second company came out and I am satisfied with the install.

Our installation team was great. Called before arrival, were courteous and friendly when they arrived, did great work and were fundamental in helping me navigate the 1-800 Best Buy phone circles I got stuck in.

For the price of (overpriced) installation parts, I got an installation that saved me trouble, and got me a valuable introduction to the machine. The main part of the install was done by the guy I would rely on for repairs, if necessary. He had a helper, but there wasn't much for him to do. Talk about quick and easy!
