The installation was fine except the installer left greasy fingerprints on the dishwasher door. His suggestion was to use WD 40. Why didn't he clean it off?? That was his job. One star deducted for this. Scheduling was a mess. When we bought it, it was supposed to come during the afternoon. They rescheduled for 10 to 2. OK, we could live with that. We ran the last load which was going to be finished before 10. They came a half and hour earlier and threatened to leave so we would have to reschedule it again. We stopped the dishwasher and they installed it. One more star removed.

Plummers did an excellent job with install. They were prompt, prepared and very professional.

The gentlemen that came to install the dishwasher were from a third party contract and were AMAZING! They were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make the installation a wonderful experience.

it took the installer more time to get the dishwasher into my house than it did to install it. Only issue I had was that the dishwasher was damaged when it was delivered......still waiting on a replacement

The installer was really great! Very courteous and knowlegable. The only question I have as a total tech member is why was installation and delivery fees chaged? I thought those charges were covered under total tech membership?

The guy who installed my dishwasher was very professional and made short work of getting my old one out and new One in and working. Ha also made sure it was working without leaks and gave me a tutorial of basic use prior to leaving. This is my second experience with the Geek Squad. Have had great experience both times.

The installers were very professional and did excellent job in a short time frame.

No major problems. DW juts out a little too far. I told the installer this was likely due to him putting the junction box just behind the DW instead of in the adjacent cabinet where the sink is (as the install instructions recommended). It might be worth pulling the DW out to see if this is the case.

The guys that came in did a great job. They were quick, friendly and very professional. They did a great job and verified their work before leaving. Couldn't have asked for a better install experience.
