Our installer was very detailed and took extra time and care to make sure the job was done right. He made sure not to gouge our floor when moving the unit around and even took the time to clean behind the old dishwasher where the original builders of the home failed to do so.

The dishwasher installation went flawlessly and quickly.

Unfortunately the delivery guys had to deliver our new dishwasher on a day when it was -20F. And yet they did their job quickly and efficiently. Very polite too. He even recommended that the machine should probably not be used for several hours as to let it thaw out. Very pleased with how it went.

The installer was very professional and installed the washer quickly. During the final step of removing to protective film, he noticed a minute cosmetic defect (a small hole) and filed the damage report for us. We ended up negotiating with the manager at the store for discount and kept the installed product. Very helpful installer!

I've needed a new dishwasher since I bought my condo, so I was thrilled when my daughter gave me a stainless steel Bosch. It cleans everything better, especially my glassware that shines now instead of being humdrum. 5-stars!

I did not realize my hookup was out of compliance by the state of CA. The tech was able to install and now I am not out of complacence.

The first dishwasher was apparently dropped before delivery, The outer box looked good; the dishwasher was bent. The store did a fantastic job of getting the replacement dishwasher here and installed. It is a marvelous fit of beauty and technology in our KitchenAid kitchen. It does really need am "on" light to let you know it's running.

These two young men were outstanding. I think the total elapsed time from when they started to testing the new one to leaving was not more than 20-40 minutes. Very professional, tested to make sure there were no leaks, water was flowing properly. Once they left, I was extremely satisfied with their service. Outstanding.

the old dishwasher was directly connected without a power put. Since power cords are not included these days anymore, I was not aware that a power outlet 110V is needed. However, the installation crew added the power outlet without cost, My part was to provide the cover for the outlet, their cover did not fit in the space of the dishwasher.

All went well - simple and done. Up and working. Well done.

Service professional arrived on time and did a good job

Hands down the worst customer service of my life! Ordered on cyber Monday for delivery and installation that Friday. Stayed home from work to be there and they never showed - they cancelled and didn’t notify me. 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy later and I reschedule for the following Friday. Friday morning, I get a notification that delivery is now scheduled for Saturday, but installation is still Friday. That’s right - installation is now BEFORE delivery even though I ordered them together and you can’t install something that hasn’t been delivered! 2 more hours on the phone with Best Buy and they reschedule for the following Wednesday - 12 days after original installation was scheduled. Wednesday comes and they show up, but the machine doesn’t work and they have to take it back and replace it. They also didn’t bring everything that’s supposed to come with it. A couple hours later, at 9:30pm, I miss a call and get a voicemail saying I need to reschedule the new installation. I call back in 3 minutes and there’s no record that it wasn’t installed and am told I have to call them back at some point in the future to reschedule. The next day I call back and after another hour, have it scheduled for the following week. They also notice my address isn’t the same as in my profile, so they offer to update it. I take it thinking, “what could possibly go wrong?” The following monday (17 days after original schedule) it’s scheduled again for delivery and I get a call at 6pm, an hour after the window, that they’re at my address and it’s a hospital. THE BEST BUY PERSON UPDATED MY ADDRESS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! Literally making up new ways to screw things up! At this point I ask to cancel the order and am told I HAVE TO CALL THEM back to do that once their system updates. I pushback that that should be their job and am promised they’ll do it. 2 days later after not hearing from them, I call back and they allow me to cancel and get a refund. But it’s not over! 5 days later, I look at my credit card and they refunded the dishwasher but not the $250 installation! I called back again and finally got the full refund. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Every call starts with an ask of my phone number so they can call me back and not once was I called back! I was transferred multiple times to lines that didn’t work or, in one case, internal IT support for Best Buy! I was told I’d get a peace offering after installation was finished based on how bad the process was for me as if I’m supposed to A) believe them or B) be happy that they’ll give me some undetermined future credit off a future purchase. This week, I called a small, local provider and they came and installed it in 48 hours with no issues. I’ll never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

Excellent! Our installer, David, did a fantastic job. He was experienced, know just what to do, and did it with efficiency and competence. He was a pleasure !

The technicians sent on this job were great. We ran into an issue removing the old unit. They took the time to assess the issue, made some adjustments to they're typical removal procedure and got the job done. Customer service at its best!

Charles was on time, professional and polite. He kept me informed about what was being done . When finished, he showed me how the unit worked, and answered my questions. He then cleaned up and was on his way. Overall a positive experience.
