Quiet - Lots of racks to adjust to your liking SS tub

Installation and tools were appropriated to make it run.

The guy that came to install the dishwasher was quick and professional. Only thing that irritated me was once I bought the dishwasher the soonest appt I could make was for 3 weeks later. I think Best Buy needs to hire more people if they can’t get stuff delivered and installed quicker

Best Buy has the Best Service for Installation. They got my dishwasher installed and working fast and easy. Thanks Guys!

Was happy with the people who installed the dishwasher

The installers were running late but they called me as asked if I needed to reschedule. They were and professional.

The installation crew was AMAZING--We had to have them come back because the door to the dishwasher was put on too tight so it wouldn't stay open. But they came back and fixed it in only a few minutes.

The technician arrived earlier than my appointment schedule..which was perfect. He was extremely respectful of my home and was very polite and well mannered. The gentleman worked very professionally and expeditiously and explained everything regarding functionality and performance. The service was a blast. Home Depot who?

It's so quiet I wasn't even sure if it was actually running .

He was prompt, courteous, and professional Very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone.

The technicians sent on this job were great. We ran into an issue removing the old unit. They took the time to assess the issue, made some adjustments to they're typical removal procedure and got the job done. Customer service at its best!

Professional installer who knows how to do it right

Very impressed with the cable, worked great first time.

My installer was polite, knowledgeable and on time. He called the day before to give me a 2 hour window of when he would be arriving and then called in the morning to confirm he was going to arrive on time. He was knowledgeable about the appliance and gave me advise on operating and maintaining the appliance. Great overall experience.

The installer Kevin keep me posted on his arrival. Once he got there he was very professional and answered all my questions. Once his assistant arrived they worked together as a team to install my dishwasher. They were professional and courteous and answered any question I asked. They were EXCELLENT.

The team that came to my hope this morning to install the dishwasher was great! They were respectful and courteous, got the job done quickly. If only Best Buy could learn a lesson from teams such as this!

Easy to install. Worked first time installer had no issues

Installing dishwasher was very easy & was done quick. The men who did the work were very knowledgeable, friendly & professional.

The installer did not check the condition of the first dishwasher he brought and it was dented so he took it back, we reordered and when the 2nd finally came I insisted that the store check it for quality and no dents before sending it out with the installer. They really didn't want to which I think is strange since it is a waste of the installer's time and Best Buy's investment in customer satisfaction to deliver first quality products and not waste customer's time with a delivery of a dented product! He was good other than this which was not his fault but the fault of the local Best Buy store!

the service was excellent. I am satisfied with the overall experience.
