They came and installed as scheduled. But once we put the kick plate back on under the unit the door didn’t close. We needed to shave some of the wood down which thankfully my husband could easily do. But then when I used the sink and we had water badly leaking. The installer knocked the pea trap lose so when the sink was in use a lot of water ran out. Again my husband was able to fix with time and effort. Needless to say he was not happy. We sent an email to Best Buy with no response. Even just an acknowledgement would have been appreciated!

Love my new LG dishwasher washes the dishes better than ever, however the bottom rack is not very stable and comes off the track constantly . I would of given the dishwasher a 5 star if the racks were smoother.

Staff did great job getting old & new one in space

If you bought a higher-end dishwasher, hire your own trusted plumber or watch the third-party installer sent by BestBuy very carefully. I had to request a second visit (scheduled for three weeks later) to complete the work. The two people that were sent originally had obviously installed a dishwasher before, but they were less than professional in my opinion. I don’t know what would have happened if I had not been home at the time. On their first attempt to slide the unit into the opening the rear feet dug into the vinyl flooring, tearing it and the dishwasher became stuck. I had to ask them to stop pushing it and pull it back out. I recommend and allowed them to patch the rips with duct tape and they were able to get it in. Had they screwed the rear feet all the way in as required for this install they probably would not have had that problem. Since I had other contractors in the house at the same time I was not able to thoroughly inspect their work. They failed to install the “High drain loop” as required. They also did not install the power supply junction box cover, the top and side trim pieces, or the sound insulation pieces. I was told the latter two items were “filler pieces” in case the cabinet opening was too large. Fortunately, they left them still wrapped in plastic with the install instructions, when they left. They are required to achieve the advertised 39 dB sound level. One of the two original installers returned for the rework. Pleasant young man but lacked attention to detail. I had to ask him to pull the unit out completely because the unit could not be leveled. I had to show him that the two rear legs needed to be screwed in completely because our model had a center bottom adjustable leveling system. This was very clearly described in the installation instructions. He again said the trim pieces would not fit and I had to get him to look at the install instructions multiple times. He originally put 3 out 5 pieces on incorrectly and I had to rework some of them myself. It takes some work to get the unit into the cabinet opening but it is not that difficult. The extra sound insulation pieces were stuffed into the space behind the toekick making it difficult to reinstall the metal toekick. I removed the insulation and reinstalled it correctly according to the instructions after he left. At this point I just wanted him gone. I could have, and actually did some of the work myself but we had paid quite a bit of money for a top-line appliance. If you use BestBuy for your install, I encourage you to download, read and understand the installation instructions for your appliance before they arrive. And then WATCH them carefully.

The installation was done so thorough. Our old dish washer was installed incorrectly. It was very dangerous if left that way. Our installers made sure everything was done correctly and safely. They took the time to do it right. They did such a good job and now I HAVE PEACE OF MIND that everything is safe.

As more options than our previous one and it is really quite.

Guys didn’t an excellent job installing the dishwasher. No complaints on workmanship and they cleaned up nicely (had to drill a hole to connect dishwasher to the plumbing). Would invite these guys back again.

love it ...don't cook a lot but has a lot of stuff to use.

Installation was great. The guys arrived before the scheduled time and quickly installed the dishwasher. They cleaned up their mess and I was very satisfied with the installation.

Our installer was very detailed and took extra time and care to make sure the job was done right. He made sure not to gouge our floor when moving the unit around and even took the time to clean behind the old dishwasher where the original builders of the home failed to do so.

The guys took out my old dishwasher and installed my new dishwasher. It's not quite centered in the opening, but they said it had to be that way for some reason.

Dishwasher is so quiet, runs and cleans efficiently.

Unfortunately the first set of installers that came out did not know what they were doing and I had to wait until a week later for another set of installers to come out to fix their screw up to have a my dishwasher fixed, This was after fighting them for 8 weeks to get the broking one fixed that was less than a year old,

They were very prompt letting us know when they would be at our house, knew exactly what they were doing. Suggested replacing an existing water line fitting Due to corrosion then spent time explaining all of the features and benefits of buying from Best Buy
