Thank you for the excellent service, but product was not installed until 03.24.23 for some reason. Was not the installation process. It was great, qualified professionals.

The technician was very knowledgeable and extremely polite and professional with my wife and made sure everything was done correctly extremely satisfied!

Installation was good. As a Total Geek Squad Member I was to pay nothing for installation. Installers told me my shut off valve would not close completely and I needed a new valve. Charge was $160.00 for a $10.00 valve. After complaining it was reduced to $130.00. I should have checked the shut off valve to see the leak.

The installers were wonderful!! The first time out they were unable to install the dishwasher we ordered - they took care of crediting everything right then and left after cleaning everything up - even cleaner after having removed the old dishwasher. Definitely a plus to Best Buy for contracting with them.

They came in to check where the machine was going. Checked the plumbing. One got the ole old ready for removal and the other got the new one ready to bring in. The removed the old one, Brought the new one in and connected it. Checked it out . Gave us instructions and left all in about half hour. Great service.

Guys didn’t an excellent job installing the dishwasher. No complaints on workmanship and they cleaned up nicely (had to drill a hole to connect dishwasher to the plumbing). Would invite these guys back again.

The installers were professional and came within the scheduled window. Scheduling online and on the phone with the Geek Squad was difficult.

Extremely quiet - don't even know it's on. Love it.

Install was ok. I had to center the dishwasher in the opening and level it after they left.

Unfortunately, the first Bosch dishwasher which was delivered, died immediately - the mother board most likely experienced infant mortality, which sometimes happens with electronics. Another dishwasher was delivered a week later, and is working fine. Both installers did a good job, and addressed our concerns.

Dishwasher installer did not communicate to let me know until 30min before showing. My refrig. installer let me know a 4hr window 24hr ahead of time. The dishwasher install was average until the said they needed to charge me an additional 16 dollars for a 79 cent 3 inch piece of plastic.

The installers was awesome, it was Best Buy schedulers that made things very complicated. Giving the installers the wrong info it was just a mess
