these guys did a great job installing my new dishwasher !

The installers were polite and put the dishwasher in quickly. They cleaned up the area after they finished and took all the trash with them.

I have Totaltech so the installation was perfect. It was a little more that was required, but my technician handled it and the install was great. I totally recommend getting Totaltech.

Unfortunately the delivery guys had to deliver our new dishwasher on a day when it was -20F. And yet they did their job quickly and efficiently. Very polite too. He even recommended that the machine should probably not be used for several hours as to let it thaw out. Very pleased with how it went.

The installation was fine except the installer left greasy fingerprints on the dishwasher door. His suggestion was to use WD 40. Why didn't he clean it off?? That was his job. One star deducted for this. Scheduling was a mess. When we bought it, it was supposed to come during the afternoon. They rescheduled for 10 to 2. OK, we could live with that. We ran the last load which was going to be finished before 10. They came a half and hour earlier and threatened to leave so we would have to reschedule it again. We stopped the dishwasher and they installed it. One more star removed.

They came, they installed, no leaks, runs great!!!

Malik(sp?) the installer was terrific!! Not only professional but also very personable. He really" knows his stuff" and had the dishwasher installed in no time at all. He is a great asset to your company.

Great service and easy to schedule!! The installers were professional and did a great job.

Installers were timely and efficient; however, Dishwasher was plugged into the wrong outlet so initially would only work when the disposal was turned on.

The guy who installed my dishwasher was very professional and made short work of getting my old one out and new One in and working. Ha also made sure it was working without leaks and gave me a tutorial of basic use prior to leaving. This is my second experience with the Geek Squad. Have had great experience both times.

Your installation team fixed the issue with my counter top, they really did a great job, also very neat and clean, you would never know they were there

it took the installer more time to get the dishwasher into my house than it did to install it. Only issue I had was that the dishwasher was damaged when it was delivered......still waiting on a replacement
