Two guys came to install my dishwasher. They were very professional very polite. They had an accent, and I asked them where they were from. They were exceptionally pleasant and speaking about their country and they spoke perfect English, and they were very happy very knowledgeable. The dishwasher was installed in just a matter of minutes everything was clean, perfect and often wet. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen again for any install. It was a pleasure having them in the house for 15 minutes.

Ryan and Victor of Best Yet Installation whom contracted with Best Buy, delivered and installed our beautiful dish washer. They arrived well within the estimated 4 hour time frame; also they called to inform me how far they were from our location so we could be ready for them and they arrived right on time as they promised. Ryan and Victor delivered our new machine with ease and their well trained and experienced skills. They efficently dislogged our old machine, located where the power source was which was poorly designed and located. Without our request, Ryan moved our power source for the dish washer to a safer and more convenient location. I did not know/aware of this relocation until everything was done and Ryan showed why and how he did so. And yet, everything was done, the gentlemen were on their way out within an hour from the moment they stepped inside my house. They were just unbelievably efficient and impressive!

The delivery team of two young men were personable and professional. They did a good job of installing the dishwasher and going over how to use and maintenance. However, they failed to install the kickplate and I didn't notice until after they left; Frigidaire is supposed to be sending me one when they are back in stock but it's been a month now.

Fast and efficient install. I've used the dishwasher for a month now, and no problems.

Install went well. The gentlemen that arrived and installed the dishwasher quickly. Everything working smoothly. I made sure space for dishwasher was ready and all plumbing and power upgrades were complete as well. It saved me a lot of time. Installers came at the very beginning of 4 hour window.

The first installation team refused to install our new dishwasher because the water could not be turned off under the sink. We had the valve replaced and called next day to reschedule but the first available installation date was another two weeks away. The second team, who did the install four weeks after purchase, did an excellent job and it works fine.

Two guys for the install and the did a great job and were super fast. Less than an hour to install dishwasher, range. And fridge. Happy i paid for the professional install. Well worth the money.

The old dishwasher was leaking and I wanted to upgrade for efficiency and quieter operating. The service staff made a few plumbing improvements, installed the new dishwasher and it's working like I wanted.

The gentleman who did my installation was outstanding. The company itself left a lot to be desire. The company is based out of New York. I was not impressed that they could not keep the original day and time. They did keep the original day after much arguing but the original time slot of 9 to 12 was change to 7:30 that night. I could had gone to work. I guess I was upset about the company trying to change date and time because they had over a month notice. I would hire the man who subcontracted by the company to do any plumbing work at the house but will think twice before using geek squad to install a dishwasher.

The installers were on time and installed my appliances. They showed me everything after uninstalling my old appliance to make sure all was good before installing the new appliance.

Extremely quiet! Previous dishwasher was noisy and had only two shelves. Two shelves was okay, but the noise was very frustrating in an open floorplan. Home consult seemed the way to go, but that person did a poor job of measuring for fit. The installers were able to make adjustments by cutting my marble island top -- though there was an extra $350 charge for a single cut with a stone saw. Be careful to check the home consultants work.

It makes a big difference to get appliances installed by Best Buy Geek Squad technicians and not by their 3rd party people. We waited 3 weeks to get our new KitchenAid dishwasher delivered and installed, and it was worth the wait. This time we were lucky to get Arnold who arrived right on the dot on a Geek Squad big Van. He followed COVID guidelines to the tee, and his disposition and service attitude were right on point. He was quick, professional, and answered all my questions. He took all the boxes and packing with him (which was not the case with the 3rd party installers who left all the boxes and packing of new washer and drier) If I were given the choice, I would choose installation by the Geeks over a 3rd party.

Searched out a specific dishwasher based on reviews and found that BB had it in stock as well as other big box stores. Chose to purchase through BB given my tremendous experience and follow up on their electronic sales and service. Thankfully, their appliance installation was just as consistently good. They were on time, clean, respectful of the house and even noticed an issue with a water line that prior to install and had the part available and ready to go so there was no interruption or need to come back. All in all I’m so pleased I went with BB and would highly recommend purchasing your appliance through them

I was super concerned about replacing the dishwasher due to the granite countertops and hardwoods. I remember when we built the house the installer said this was going to be a tight install and it possibly be challenging when this comes out. It was installed before the hardwoods. Luckily the installer, who was very young, knew what he was doing and not only successfully removed it after a bit of work but went above and beyond by adding some wooden boards underneath the legs so that it would be exactly even with the floor and real easy to remove in the future. Very pleased.

Install was super quick and professional. I have had at least 10 items installed by Total Tech teams and they are A1.

This was not any easy install because a 20+year old dishwasher was being replaced. The installers were very professional & friendly. They made sure that everything fit perfectly, so that there would be no leaks. They also recommended replacing my old air gap, which I appreciated. They had the part with them. I did not mind paying for an additional part to prevent possible leaks. The installers tested the dishwasher before they left, explained the controls & recommended that I do a full test run & verify that nothing was leaking. Great job!

The installers (I assume) did a great job since the dishwasher is working great. I don't have a clue as to how to install myself :).
