Two technicians did a very professional installation including leaving a cleaned up work area. After seeing knowledge and work it took to install would never recommend a DIY installation!

Workers came a couple hours earlier than estimated which worked out great and didn’t have to wait around all day for them to come.

After delays due to weather and installer, I finally got my dishwasher installed. BB needs to get a new installer as this gentleman DID NOT follow CDC protocols, coughed all over the place and was generally a pain. I also got charged for handle and panel which was NOT included with the dishwasher and unneeded. I love the dishwasher but the 3=-4 weeks worth of delay was unacceptable.

This was the worst experience!! It took 3 times to get the dishwasher installed. The scheduling and communication was extremely poor. The first scheduled date the installers came to the wrong address to install. When the issue was realized they packed up the washer and never came to the correct address. After waiting the entire day at the correct address I finally called to see what was up and was told they returned the washer to the warehouse and it had to be re- received back in before they could schedule another installation date. NEVER even tried to contact me to let me know. Not HQ, Not the subcontractor company or the installer. I wasted an entire day! On the next install date, the dishwasher was brought but was not installed as the 'installation kit' sold with the washer was the incorrect one and the hoses needed to be longer. Dishwasher was left and the appt had to be rescheduled again. 3rd try the installers came and told me the original hoses to the current washer could be used to install the new washer??? With the purchase of the dishwasher I paid for the haul away service. Once the washer was installed the workers were walking out the door and I stop them to say I had paid for the haul away. They told me that service was someone else and they would be coming within the next 4 hours to pick it up?? I was never told that this was what I should expect. The experience wasted several days of my time during main working hours and taking off shifts.

The tech arrived at the end of the stated time window and had the old dishwasher out and the new one in place within an hour. He did not use the new stainless hose I paid extra for and he did not properly install the dishwasher which resulted in a call back 4 days later to correct the install. Although the delivery and installation service used by Best Buy had done a great job in the past, this was not one of them.

The most personable, knowledgeable, efficient delivery/installation person that I have ever had. I can’t say enough good things about his demeanor and professionalism. His product knowledge was outstanding and his way of explaining the workings and operation of the dishwasher was exceptional.

Installation team here on time Sunday morning for install. In and out within 30 minutes including takeaway of old dishwasher. Job well done.

I'm reviewing the installation by Jay. Not only did he suggest an improvement for the appearance, he went to great lengths to make the product secure and to insure that the drainage was optimal. Because of the time he took demonstrating the product and creating a built-in appearance, I highly recommend this installer!

The serviceman who came to install my new dishwasher was on-time, polite, professional and fast! He made me feel comfortable that he was familiar with my appliance and also said that if I did ever need a service call, he would very likely be the provider of that service! Our installer and his assistant did a great job installing the new dishwasher, with the new kit, removing all the packaging and protective wrap from the stainless steel when the installation was complete, and hauling away the old dishwasher. Handed me the booklets and things inside. Left the place clean. Very happy.
