Hi, Corey did an exceptionally good job installing my dishwasher. I have an older house & this install was more challenging than most and required someone with vast technical experience! I have to say he was the best installer ever! Thanks Corey!

They arrived within the time slot and were prepared to do the install. Friendly, professional and seemed to be very aware of the install process.

Men arrived on time, called in advance. They were efficient with both the installation and the clean up, and took away the old dishwasher. Very professional. No fuss.

The installer screwed and unscrewed multiple times in the same area during installation. And also weakened the wood around the dishwasher considerably. Now the dishwasher door is not shutting after a few uses. I don’t know if it’s a leaving issue. I have no idea at this point. I am so frustrated.

The waterfall dIshwasher is so quiet and cleans great.

Called ahead on the day scheduled and arrived earlier than estimated. Very customer-friendly, knowledgeable of the product and proficient in its installation.

The installers were great very knowledgeable, installation was fast.

The crew that did the install were awesome. They came in completed the install within about 25minutes and we were up and running!

RE: Fisher-Paykel Two Drawer dishwasher installation issue The dishwasher was not installed properly, it has moved out of the cabinet on one side by approximately 1 inch. I called BB for a service adjustment; two technicians came an didn't realize the first installer didn't install the retaininbracketsand only adjusted a screw placed on the right side by the first service person (NOT part of the authorized procedure). Today 4/11/23 I called AGAIN because the dishwasher is repeating the same thing. I am particularly annoyed that I had to pay for the service call that was within 60 days if the installation. I was told it was a deposit and would be refunded. It has yet to show up on my credit card statement approximately one month after it should have been. I now have a case number: 310622310 for another service call for the same installation problem.

Product was delivered within the time frame selected. Installer was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure that we were instructed on the proper use of the dishwasher. Very happy with installation.

My GE dishwasher is new, but so far I am really pleased. I was especially pleased with the gentleman installer; polite, efficient, easy to understand.

Excellent KitchenAid dishwasher - very polite and professional delivery and installation team sent by Best Buy. The installer demonstrated all the functionality after install and made sure we were very satisfied! Highly recommended.

The guys came and took out the old dishwasher, put the new one in. Explained how fussy he washers are to install but are great performers and made sure the high loop was good and everything work to my satisfaction

The guys were polite and professional. They came in and got the dishwasher installed quickly and made sure not to leave a mess behind for me to have to clean up. These guys definitely did a good job.

The gentlemen who were subcontractors for Best Buy did an excellent job. They ran into some issues as to the way my plumbing was run. They easily took care of it. There was an extra charge but it was worth it to be able to shut off water from under sink in case there is ever a problem. They were courteous, efficient and clean.

The team came on hand with all the supplies and parts needed for the installation of my dishwasher. They were professional and efficient- I give them 5 stars for super service!
