Installation process went find both times; but the 2nd installer was able to see that the first installer failed to elevate the water input/output plastic pipes, tying them up higher with zip ties, so that dirty water didn't back up into the dishwasher and contaminate the dishes being cleaned.

Our installer went above & beyond. The (30 yr. old) dishwasher was difficult to remove, and there was a lot of reconfiguring to access the plumbing for installing the new one.

very professional, showed up on time. The installation was complete in less than 30 minutes. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips on how to keep the appliance running well. He even advised me on how to get rid of the old dishwasher that was still in perfect working condition. thanks.

The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Completed the installation with little difficulty and demonstrated the various features of the Bosch 500 dishwasher.

The dishwasher is fantastic and works GREAT! But, the 3rd party that is contracted for Best Buy is HORRIBLE! I never got a call when they tried the first installation April 10th to tell me what time between 12-8 they would arrive. I got an email...on a Saturday for an installation telling me it would be in 20 minutes. When they tried to install, there was a plumbing issue. S, I had to get a plumber and did within 3 days and fixed it. April 29th, a month after buying the dishwasher, installation is going to happen...again between 12-8. No calls, no emails letting me know. After the 6:30 arrival (a second time for arrival since they showed up at 5:30 during the ten minutes no adult was home) the dishwasher was installed and runs great. It's unfortunate Best Buy is saddled with 3rd party installers that don't seem to care about the company contracting them to help their customers. Love Best Buy and their employees and products, but I would consider your own installation.

The installer was fantastic. He observed Covid precautions and was really patient with our 5 year old son who wanted to “help”. He kept everything in the kitchen clean and neat and was very helpful in moving the old dishwasher to the garage.

My dishwasher was installed by Carlos who called ahead, arrived when he said he would, and worked steadily to complete a good installation when the access wasn't optimal. He explained what he was doing and the workings of the dishwasher and cleaned up everything before leaving. Very satisfied.

Our installation process went very well. The installer was very professional and courteous. With our older home, he had to do a little extra to make everything work out right, but he had everything done in a short period of time. Great job

Get a new LG dish waher and get a total tech service as well. Once the dishwasher arrived to home the technicians could not complete the installation because the kit recommended by best buy was not the correct lenght of metal hose for drain, hose too short. I had to drive to the nearest lowes store to get the correct lenght.

The technician called ahead to confirm and was extremely careful in both the removal of the old machine and the install of the new dishwasher. Upon completion of the job, he showed me many of the features of the Bosch. Both personable and courteous, Eddie was a great representative for your company.

The crew was great and installed three replacement appliances. They were professional, thorough, and helpful with information.

The technician did a wonderful job start to finish. He arrived on time and brought the dishwasher in carefully as to not scratch our hardwoods. It was a tight fit but he did a great job of getting it in. This was our first install with Best Buy. We will definitely go back for our future appliance purchases.

I have used the dishwasher twice and it leaks. The installation did not go well. The left side is flush with the cabinet and right side sticks out 3/4 of an inch. The installer said my wall was not straight, I explained the dishwasher they just took out was the exact size and it was flush. They did not want to hear it they were in a rush to leave as they were running late. I understand they were running late but I feel it was a rush job the electrical cord was not changed, they hook up to the old wire. I'm really not sure why I bought the install kit they didn’t use the parts and were going to take the kit with them. They left a mental piece in my front lawn which I believe is supposed to be on the dishwasher. Look for advice as to what to do now. Sincerely, Victoria
