Were able to easily hook up the new dishwasher and we’ve had no problems. They could not get it into the cabinet evenly despite it being exact same size as prior dishwasher. It was left crooked and they said it was the best that they could do. We paid a handyman additional monies and he easy leveled it and put it into cabinet space evenly. I would still recommend if you are buying a warranty also as it offers additional protection

The Best Buy dishwasher install team had it done under 30 minutes. New electric, old one out, new one in place and not one drip or puddle. The guy explained every step, I just cleared a path and easy access from basement panel,

I ordered another DW from Home Depot and when they delivered it the install team said I would have to call a plumber to do it. I sent their DW back to the store and bought a Maytag from Best Buy. The install team came out the day before and looked at my set up and had no problem installing it the next day.

Outstanding installation by professionals. They kept us informed of their arrival time. Quick, courteous, and through, they even cleaned the floor upon removal of the old unit prior to installation of the new unit.

I loved the ease of scheduling my service on hand. The tech called before coming for the install and arrived within the time frame scheduled. The lead and his helper were both friendly, introducing themselves, completed the install quickly, and fully explained how this particular dishwasher operates.

The installers did an absolutely stellar job installing my new dishwasher. They were friendly and skilled. They even gave me a choice on keeping the copper hard lines I had or changing them out with the flex pvc tubing. They finished the install and made sure everything worked before they left. Very professional!

Best Buy / Geek Squad sub-contracted our dishwasher installation with a local installer. The installer was professional, punctual, and courteous. I was a little nervous since we have just put in new floors, but the installer took extra care to make sure to protect the floors. The total installation time was under an hour.

Installers were great. Clean job courteous workers.

The installers were nothing short of fantastic!. The dishwasher did come in with damage and they noted it and made arrangements for a replacement unit and left the dented unit installed for our use until the placement unit arrives

I was very dissatisfied with the install. The dishwasher was not installed on center in the cabinets to where the gaps on both sides are not even close to being even. When I asked the installer about it his response was that that would take more than he was willing to invest based on the amount he was being paid by Best Buy. I assume he was hinting he wanted me to pay him extra to do a quality job needed for l the installation . I don’t know that the almost $190 I paid for the installation was not enough for a quality install. Tried to call the customer service number to voice my concern but reached a call center associate that barely spoke English so I just gave up. I’ll guess I’ll have to pay someone else to come uninstall and and reinstall it properly. No fair! I’m so disappointed. I trusted Best Buy to provide a quality installation and they didn’t.

Installing dishwasher was very easy & was done quick. The men who did the work were very knowledgeable, friendly & professional.

I am very happy with Best Buy's dishwasher installation. They were able to remove and replace my older dishwasher and install the new one very quickly. Fast and easy! Would recommend!

The installers recognized that the dishwasher I got would not fit the space I had (despite the fact that I had brought in the specs with me--I'm afraid that the salesman didn't have a clue). These guys (the installers--male and female) know their products!

The installers were polite and put the dishwasher in quickly. They cleaned up the area after they finished and took all the trash with them.
