This guy was super good; he is not in the geek squad they hire out others for this because they need to be plumbers as well. In fact he was so good he fixed and finished the install on our range and connected the water on our fridge that was left un done too. Very good - we wish the Geek Squad installers were 1/2 as good.

I thought the team was terrific--hard-working, friendly, with no concern about my watching their progress. I think Best Buy is lucky to have them.

We had a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer installed by Geek Squad. They did a superb job on all appliances. They came in the deliver window promised and were extremely careful with our new home and our new appliances.

Excellent free install for KitchenAid dishwasher. The workers who were contractors for BestBuy were the best installers that we have had from any retailer. They were courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. They were very precise in the installation and cleaned up when they were done. Job well done!

The Geek Squad person, Robert Garcia Blanco could not have done a better job! He was extremely professional, kind, considerate and knowledgeable!!! I was so thrilled, I called his boss to let them know that they are truly truly blessed to have him. His boss said he knows that he is blessed to have him!!!

The guys were awesome and did a great job. Also explained the operations. I wish they would commit a 4 hour slot rather than a full day slot.

I was given a four hour window and was told I would get a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival. My appliances were delivered by two different people and I had to call Best Buy to check on the status of the dishwasher. I was told they would arrive shortly. They came almost 3 hours after the appointment window with No courtesy call. It was a pretty quick install. They did not go over the instructions to use the dishwasher. They checked for leaks and left with barely a word. The first installers were 100x better than the dishwasher group.
