The installer knew what he was doing, was on time, took every safety/virus precaution, and was done in less than 30 minutes. After hearing horror stories about installs gone bad, with other stores, the installer Best Buy sent with the dishwasher was perfect.

The technician was well organized and experienced and did good job.

The removal, delivery and install of the new unit was done professionally. Very appreciative of the care the service tech took to make everything work. Highly recommended.

Excellent. The guy was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly and tested it out before he left to ensure it was working properly. He even went over the various features that the dishwasher has.

Installers were great and made a horrible experience with your in home consultant Teri Martinez a little better although she inconvenienced me big time with miscommunication and wrong measurements

Had to get Another Dishwasher installed because parts were not available for our Old one.Old one Removed and a New one was Installed in A Professional Manner.

The installers were nothing short of fantastic!. The dishwasher did come in with damage and they noted it and made arrangements for a replacement unit and left the dented unit installed for our use until the placement unit arrives

Were able to easily hook up the new dishwasher and we’ve had no problems. They could not get it into the cabinet evenly despite it being exact same size as prior dishwasher. It was left crooked and they said it was the best that they could do. We paid a handyman additional monies and he easy leveled it and put it into cabinet space evenly. I would still recommend if you are buying a warranty also as it offers additional protection

The two young men who installed the dishwasher were extremely competetent, friendly and impeccably polite. The dishwasher had a dent. They installed it and arranged a replacement. It was seriously damaged. When Best Buy could not locate a third, i took a partial refund. The dent is not glaring.

The installer arrived on time, removed old dishwasher cleaned space where old washer was removed. Took time to answer my many questions about installation. Very clear explanation as to how to operate the dishwasher. Cleaned up and removed all packing materials. Overall a very smooth and easy, professional installation.
