Courteous and efficient!

They were quick, quiet and efficient. The old one was out and the new one in before I knew it. I was given a thorough orientation on the control settings which I appreciated very much.

Also the free haul-away and extended warranty. It was a no-brainer to join. Great tech did the install with no problems after.

They arrived on time and helped me clean the area prior to the installation of the new dishwasher. Very polite helpful and cheerful.

Sent two before we had one that worked

Great Service

Got the work done quickly and cleaned up afterward. He even came back to check the installation when I questioned if the dishwasher was pushed in far enough. He made a small adjustment and it was fine.

Broken piece

They could have charged me more for the broken part, but decided in the spirit of great customer service, that they would replace at no charge and continue the installation process. Great customer service!

Was also very informative on proper use and tips for the dishwasher. He really knew and understood the product he was installing for me.
