Quick and speedy install, checked and made sure the product was functioning and dealt with issues that came up from the old dishwasher with ease.

Wasn't an easy install due to raised floor previous owner put in but they found a way. Very professional, extended explanation of how the dishwasher works. Class one contractors!

Two guys showed up on time, worked nonstop for about an hour, and answered all my questions. Successfully installed dishwasher without any scratches. Left my kitchen clean; took away old unit. I am impressed.

The gentleman who installed our dishwasher was great. He was very informative with tips on how he was installing the unit and on general maintenance. He removed the existing dishwasher and installed the new one in a timely manner. Once finished he cleaned up any mess that was made and returned the items under the sink.

The two young men that installed my new Kitchenaid dishwasher, from the Geek Squad were the most professional and knowledgeable servicemen I have ever had deliver an appliance. They were perfectly on time, removed my old machine and were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Our installer Ronnie was great. Was very professional and friendly, had the extra parts needed to install our dishwasher since our home had different size tubing. Also super helpful in figuring out our delay with the dishwasher from best buy warehouse.

My issue is on the sale I got a Best Buy credit card and was told there would be a 10% rebate in awards. This hasn't happened. We need a range/oven but I will not buy from Best Buy if this promised credit is not received. Its been 2 months

Love my dishwasher but first installer said they could not install because tile needed to be cut 2". Had tile cut, second time, dishwasher defective. Third trip, installer seem very knowledgeable but now the same inches we had cut off, are now visible. Seems like the first guy had no clue what he was doing.

After shopping around and doing lots of research, including the many reviews, both good and bad, we decided to purchase the KitchenAid dishwasher. We went to Best Buy in Joliet, spoke with Javier and then placed our order. The dishwasher was delivered and installed, and we are extremely satisfied!

Delivered on time. Installed quickly and professionally. Installation area cleaned up and all trash removed.

The guys that put in the dishwasher were awesome! Super nice and offered lots of tips on the do's and don'ts! It was very helpful! They even ran thru a test run and provided cleaning preferences for me! I was pretty impressed! Thank you!
