The men were nice, but they were unable to install our machine because of our water pipes being copper. Not really their fault the salesman should've made us aware of certain things that could cause an issue with installing the machine. Had to get a plumber to come in to install it. But Best Buy did offer us $100 to satisfy the issue.

I ordered another DW from Home Depot and when they delivered it the install team said I would have to call a plumber to do it. I sent their DW back to the store and bought a Maytag from Best Buy. The install team came out the day before and looked at my set up and had no problem installing it the next day.

Dishwasher was delivered and installed by professional installers and they did a very nice job. They were competent, polite and quick. They removed the old dishwasher, installed the KitchnAid, and cleaned up when they were done. They showed me what they had done and answered some questions that I had about the new dishwasher.

The technician was very knowledgeable and quick. Too quick as it turns out, as a sticky residue was left on the door and was difficult to remove.

Guy who did this install was totally professional, really fast and knowledgeable and very pleasant and funny. When I got a call asking how the install went and how he was I recommended him most highly and made sure they passed along how well he did. Pleasantly surprised at how well it went. 5 stars from me on this.

I loved the ease of scheduling my service on hand. The tech called before coming for the install and arrived within the time frame scheduled. The lead and his helper were both friendly, introducing themselves, completed the install quickly, and fully explained how this particular dishwasher operates.

Installers with on time and very professional. They were very courteous and did great work.

We did not have our dishwasher professionally installed because it was scheduled two weeks after it was delivered. We couldn't wait that long.

Installer did an excellent job. Explained everything completely. Even called the next day to make sure that we were happy.

KD and Mauricio did a great job overall in installing the new dishwasher. Gave me a quick tutorial on how to operate the dishwasher. No issues came up and it was so fast.

Installation didn’t go as planned. They weren’t able to unhook my current dishwasher because it was hard wired. I had my friend who’s an electrician come out and unhook the hard wired dishwasher and update the outlet behind the sink with a 3 prong outlet, and rescheduled the install which took a minute bc the techs that came out closed out the job as completed instead of incomplete so I had to call like 3 separate times till I got the right person They rescheduled it only for it to come up to that day and they didn’t show up in between the times they said so I called and apparently they weren’t able to make it due to weather but Was just never going to call me to let me know. So I installed it myself. And got a refund never going thru Best Buy for an install again.

The installers did an absolutely stellar job installing my new dishwasher. They were friendly and skilled. They even gave me a choice on keeping the copper hard lines I had or changing them out with the flex pvc tubing. They finished the install and made sure everything worked before they left. Very professional!

Professional, excellent work ethic, was prompt, courteous and did the job correctly. They did a great job on installing electrical outlet too.
