Installers did not finish. They left what appears to be a cover that should have been placed on bottom of dishwasher near the floor

Best Buy / Geek Squad sub-contracted our dishwasher installation with a local installer. The installer was professional, punctual, and courteous. I was a little nervous since we have just put in new floors, but the installer took extra care to make sure to protect the floors. The total installation time was under an hour.

Best Buys' Geek Squad surpasses other installations I've had. Experience with the product. Respectful of my home. No delays, on time and couldn't tell anyone had been there, except for my new appliance. Happy camper!

The coordination of installation was wonderful. The technicians arrived on time, were very nice and knowledgeable. They showed me how to operate the dishwasher and made sure it was fully functional prior to leaving. Great service

The Install guys were great. they got here on time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They gave me pointers about the dishwasher and tested their work to make sure it did not leak. They let me choose how to line up the front of the washer with the surrounding cabinets.

Maytag washer installers were fast and professional. I watched them do it. They answered my questions. They even showed up on time.

Everything worked fine, no issues with this product.

Installer could have spent more time discussing the proper use of he dishwasher. The owner's manual is very complete and detailed but difficult to understand in some areas.

They knew what they were doing when they came to put the dishwasher. Both Best Buy and the installers told me that if they had to do other things to get the dishwasher installed that it would be more money and we were fine with that.

Two really nice guys showed up near the beginning of our install window with our new dishwasher and installed it, removing the old one. They were very courteous and professional throughout the process. They installed the dishwasher quickly, removed the old one and were on their way. Excellent service.

Paul and Andy, the two guys that installed the machine were great. They made sure we had a chance to clean in the spot where the old machine was before they set the new one in place. They made sure we understood how to operate the machine, and even had a couple "tips" for us on its use. Thanks guys!

We were so happy with the installation service. We were kept up to date online regarding when it was scheduled and contacted on the day off about specific time. The technician was very knowledgeable and installed our new dishwasher very quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service.

The 3 men that installed my disherwasher were the fastest and most professional installers I have every had.. They treated me with respect and showed me everything I need to do to get my dishwasher to perform great. I wouldhighly recomend them. One of the installers was from Indiana
