The installation team that delivered the dishwasher was knowledgeable about the product and installed it with ease. There was no mess to clean after they left. These two were very courteous and fast. I appreciate this.

The crew was great and installed three replacement appliances. They were professional, thorough, and helpful with information.

The installer was excellent. On time., Called the night before to confirm a window and called again when he was on his way. Also took all the recycling cardboard, trash etc with him. Definitely 5 stars!

The dishwasher does a great job cleaning. A tiny bit louder then I had hoped, This is in a small condo with the kitchen facing the living room. In a larger set up you prob would not even hear.

KD and Mauricio did a great job overall in installing the new dishwasher. Gave me a quick tutorial on how to operate the dishwasher. No issues came up and it was so fast.

Our installer arrived in the time window expected and did a quick and professional job installing our new dishwasher. He removed the old unit and left the kitchen clean and neat. No leaks, no parts left over and he demonstrated operation before he left. Glad we had Best Buy do the install.

These guys are the best! They showed up on time and even called me saying they were 15 minutes away! They were replacing a dishwasher that was leaking so I got to clean up where the dishwasher goes before they installed the new one. They put protective covering on the floor too. They were very careful.

Since purchased on Dec.22,2021, 3rd installation finished on Feb. 11, 2022. First 2 equipments were defected found after installations done. First installation left drain horse not tighten, unaware to us that caused whole sink cabinet wet water drip to basement. For this LG dishwater function, I have not had enough time to judge. Difficult experience of BestBuy system

Best Yet Installations installed the dishwasher on Jan 12,2024. Technician MARK and Asst. KINCAID were excellent!

Dishes come out clean and dry (for the most part). The normal cycle is 2 hours 45 mins. Seems a bit long, but the results are worth the wait. Haven't tried the power wash cycle as yet.

The two guys who came to install my dishwasher did a great job, however the one smelled like cigarette smoke pretty bad. Had to open the windows after they left just to air out the kitchen.

VERY nice gentleman and very efficient. Answered all my questions without making me feel like I was interupting his work. Took his time did not rush through the process. Gave a demonstration at the end.

The install team from Best Buy was awesome. They called and asked if they could come early. And then did a great job with the removal of old and install of new. Courteous and kind (showed our 3 year old what they were doing). Five stars!

Mike, our installer had to get creative. As with almost anything like this, it's never going to fit exactly perfectly. So he had to maneuver some of the Inside case. He didn't give up. He didn't get frustrated. Got the job done. If I had attempted this on my own it would have been a mess! Thanks MIKE!

The installers did a great job. They explained everything and were done in no time. I have had no issues with the dishwasher and I am so glad I paid for them to install it and haul off the old one.

The installer was a subcontractor that installs for BestBuy. He was knowledgeable, considerate and took extra precautions to not get our carpet dirty, not mess up or scratch cabinets, and even was tolerable to my loud kids while installing our dishwasher. Great experience and would gladly use again.

I can't say enough good things about the young man who installed my Bosch dishwasher. Single-handedly, he removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one. He was quiet, efficient and friendly. He went over the basics of operating it before leaving. Very pleasant experience.

Was convenient to have someone else install and do initial setup but after the first 2-3 washes I noticed the installer never cut a zip tie that held the spinning spray blade to the top rack so hopefully the brand new washer doesn’t have any damage from this mistake...so far seems to clean great so thinking it’s fine but a mistake like that defeats the purpose of paying someone else to install and set up.
