The installation crew did an awesome job delivering the new dishwasher, removing the old one and installing the new one in its place. Very professional and polite crew!

Really a pain to keep leveled. Constantly having to go under the washer to re- adjust the leveling pods so I can start my load of dishes. Also the racks are made to deteriorate as you can see in the picture. Started doing this about a year into installation but didn’t realize how fast the outcome was going to be.

My installation was great. It was easy to schedule. The person showed up during the time scheduled and did a great job replacing my old dishwasher. I did not have any issues.

They came in and spent hardly any time removing the old dishwasher and then installing the new dishwasher took little time.

The installers of the first dishwasher were on time, very respectful of my home (diligente with their protective and safety gear), friendly and very fast. Meanwhile, the second visit (different installers but under the same company) were late, one of them not much careful of wearing his gear, and took twice the time to do the same job as the previous one. Therefore, between both jobs (an excellent one and an okay one), I rate it as average.

Very nicely done! Best of all it was right the first time!!!!! Nice young people who showed they care about what they do!!

The tech was very courteous and handled the job well. My only issue was being asked for $50. because he said my previous machine was "hard wired' and this machine had a plug. I paid it.

Done quickly and timely. Demonstrated how to use. Like design except the handle sticks out a little too far...be sure it won't be in the way of a drawer.

Install was done efficiently and very professional. It was a good experience.

I had the best technician ever, that installed our dishwasher. He was very professional, made sure my elderly dad understood how to operate the dishwasher and helped him load a few dishes into the dishwasher.

The guys who installed our dishwasher were in and out quickly, were very friendly, tidy, and walked us through how to work our dishwasher before they left.

The crew was excellent. Very professional. In and out quickly, tested everything and answered any questions we had.

The Installer did not have the knowledge to remove the Lazy Susan nor how to remove the Corner Cabinet Door. THIS IS AFTER I called Best Buy and informed them of both situations. CONSEQUENTLY, the Dishwasher is sitting in my Garage --- UNINSTALLED!

The tram was in and out fairly quickly. Found a few loose connections under the sink and tightened up all the under sink connectors, even ones that didn’t go to the dishwasher. Very polite, professional.

Since purchased on Dec.22,2021, 3rd installation finished on Feb. 11, 2022. First 2 equipments were defected found after installations done. First installation left drain horse not tighten, unaware to us that caused whole sink cabinet wet water drip to basement. For this LG dishwater function, I have not had enough time to judge. Difficult experience of BestBuy system

The installer was excellent. On time., Called the night before to confirm a window and called again when he was on his way. Also took all the recycling cardboard, trash etc with him. Definitely 5 stars!

Installers were friendly, quick and helpful. Install appears to be well done. Oscar and Anthony got the job done and gave a quick instructional after install was complete.

Was pleased with the timeliness of the install. They did a good job installing, but the reason I’m docking 2 stars is because there was a huge puddle in my under sinn cabinet after the install and the installers just left it there! I tipped the guys for putting it in, running it, checking for leaks… but it wasn’t until after they left did I realize they just left the puddle in the cabinet. It ruined the wood, and I was thinking to myself… why wouldn’t they have just cleaned that up?! Or tell me they needed kitchen/paper towels to soak it up! That really frustrated me. Sharing this so others take the time to really inspect the install - that’s my miss, but I’m calling it out for others to learn from. Cheers all- pay it forward.

The installers did a great job. They explained everything and were done in no time. I have had no issues with the dishwasher and I am so glad I paid for them to install it and haul off the old one.
