The installer was in and out in a flash and did a great job setting it up and making sure it was running properly.

I requested the installers to enter from the alleyway of my house and then thru the garage which was the closest route to the dishwasher. The crew was fast, polite and very neat. They removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one and were out of my house in 30 minutes.

Honestly, this would be a -10 stars if possible. Best Buy contracted this install. First, they installed with the bottom sticking out by almost 3", with the interior of the dishwasher showing. I called to have this corrected, not knowing that the installers had also crossed the wires. I found that out because Best Buy refused to service the item, despite the fact that it was under warranty as I also purchased the total tech membership. I had to contact Samsung on my own as BB also refused to do this. Samsung sent a tech twice, to first diagnose the incompetent install, then to replace the damaged parts. Dishwasher now works great, no thanks to BB or the $300 tech membership that I purchased!

The installers were very nice and they did a great job installing the dish washer and showing me how it works. The geek squad who did the isntall were able to resolve an install issue, which I was grateful for.

Installers were friendly, quick and helpful. Install appears to be well done. Oscar and Anthony got the job done and gave a quick instructional after install was complete.

Over a six month period I keep going back and reviewing various dish washers in the under $900 category. I keep ending up with this Kitchen Aid. Finally Best Buy sent an email with the right price and with delivery and installation.Very pleased so far and will see if the long term results pan out.

We were installing Bosch dishwasher and we were using the service that Best Buy provided. Installation was professional. They called prior to arrival. Arrival was on time. Time spent was fast.

I was amazed at the professional installation service for my dishwasher. The installer's dealt with my concerns about not using a dolly across my wood floors and hand carried it. The Installation went well and then they explain each and every button to operate. I didn't even have to read the manual.

Really a pain to keep leveled. Constantly having to go under the washer to re- adjust the leveling pods so I can start my load of dishes. Also the racks are made to deteriorate as you can see in the picture. Started doing this about a year into installation but didn’t realize how fast the outcome was going to be.

The installation couldn't have gone better. The installer called ahead to say that he was coming in 20 min., he was very professional and friendly, and all was accomplished in about 30 minutes.

The installers and their scheduler are excellent. Prompt, responsive, clean, and quick. Also very friendly and go above and beyond to answer questions.

Upon installation, we had a piece of the underlayment crack off 1 day after install. After review, we had found out that our service technician responsible for installing our unit was aware of the fact that the unit had a crack already in it and STILL PROCEEDED TO INSTALL THE UNIT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO US, THE BUYERS!! After, having him come back to inspect the unit, he informed us that he would call us back to schedule a repair. 17 days went by and I heard nothing. Then I called back to see what the status of the repair/replacement was and I was told that the 15 days had passed in order to have any repair/replacement completed. I was beyond upset and more frustrated that my brand new unit was already cracked and I was told nothing could be done at this point. After being loyal for so many years to Best Buy, this incident made me consider purchasing anything further in the future.

Would recommend these guys for any project, and certainly would them for any installation that is needed. Thought about doing the job myself but am so relieved since they were able to resolve issues with the installation I would not have considered.

The installer was very methodical, and very considerate of my floor, and sink area. He cleaned around the area he worked in as well. He also took the time to explain operation, recommended detergent, and the better heated drying selection for this dishwasher. Great job!!

This team brought things into my home with skill and efficiency. The install was a few days ago and so far so good.

Tried to turn on dishwasher for first time 2 days after Best Buy installation— DW DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! Called Best Buy-on hold for 50 minutes & they told me to call Bosch. Bosch was great- they came out 2 days later & said install was TOTALLY WRONG!!! Bosch repaired properly.

Great product/ horrible installation Left my sink without water pressure had to rip Everything apart only to ultimately find out that residue was left in from old lines and not flushed out which backed up my faucet . Five extra minutes and information of this would've been helpful before they left .....

The installation crew arrived when they said they would and were excellent. The old appliance was removed and the new one installed much faster than I expected. Also they cleaned up and left my kitchen cleaner than when they arrived.

The "Geek Squad" was one very professional plumber/installer. He arrived on time, removed the old dishwasher. In short order he installed our new Whirlpool dishwasher. He took time to explain the controls and made sure we were satisfied with his work. We are very pleased he was our "Geek".

Haulers called the day before, same day and 30 minutes prior to arrival. Came in and with masks on and followed distancing protocols. Installation was done in 15 minutes including old dishwasher haul away. Would definitely use again
