Installer arrived promptly to install my new dishwasher. Even though everything went according to plan, I do advise you stay with installer at all times because I noticed he left the bottom guard inside the box he was going to dispose of after taking it out the first time. Once the installer went back inside the house I took it upon myself to go and get it from the box. I asked the installer if he was going to install the protector plate and stated he had not seen it after I personally saw him take it out of the box. Besides that everything went smoothly.

Best Buy's installation contractor for our dishwasher purchase (Nickson Home Services) was not good. After receiving multiple confirmations (FOUR robocalls and two emails) of the 4-hour arrival window they were due to arrive in, the installers finally got to my home almost an hour and a half late and were completely unapologetic for the delay. The installation should have been simple since our countertops are currently removed (they are being replaced next week). But for some reason these contractors decided to install the drain line over the top edge of of the cabinet rather than through the hole where the drain for the previous dishwasher had been, apparently failing to consider that the new countertops would need to be resting there. Then they insisted that they could not complete the installation because an old piece of empty copper tubing and some electrical wire clips were in the cabinet behind the unit preventing them from sliding it back all of the way. It took my husband less than five minutes to remove the little obstructions when he got home that evening, but these professional installers apparently could not be bothered to complete the installation. It was a negative experience overall.

The team did a great job on the install...they ran into some issues but was able to overcome them. Very nice team of installers.

The installers were on time and very professional. Bad part and it may have been corrected, Installers set up time and Geek Squad schedulers also set up a time that was totally different...

LOVED THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND MADE SURE I KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO WORK THE DISHWASHER BEFROE THEY LEFT THEY EVEN CLEANED OUT THE AREA UNDER MY SINK AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK WHICH WAS ACTUALLY NOT THEIR JOB HOWEVER I DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME TO DO IT SO THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH TO HELP ME OUT.

This Samsung Dishwasher is great and cleans items very good. I would recommend this item to everyone.

VERY nice gentleman and very efficient. Answered all my questions without making me feel like I was interupting his work. Took his time did not rush through the process. Gave a demonstration at the end.

The guys did a great job with the installation of my dishwasher. They arrived on time and they were very professional.

The dishwasher was competently installed but the installer’s under-the-kitchen-sink install was completed by unplugging my garbage disposal, leaving the garbage disposal non-functioning. I had to crawl under the sink myself and insert a 6-inch extension cord so that both appliances could be plugged in at the same time. If the installer had used the plug-in cord from the old dishwasher, instead of the strange demanding angled cord of the new replacement, he could have solved the problem himself at the time of dishwasher install. A professional install of one appliance should never require the disabling of another previously-functioning appliance, when both were designed to be used adjacently together.

Took three units to finally get one that worked, however, the installer was the star of this show. He kept me informed and took an active role with Best Buy to report the problems and bring about a solution. Had he not dealt with me properly, the purchase might not have survived.

the crew was fast, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did a nice clean up. what more could you ask.

So the guy was very nice installed pretty fast... but started with what else is wrong under my sink Sold me a garbage disposal/install over $400 and it took 5 mins

Installation was performed in an efficient manner. Met all of my expectations.

Installers were great when it finally got done but Best Buy botched the appointment process 3 times over 3 weeks (cancelled the appointment internally but didn’t notify me or update status on website), barely apologized and then offered a $75 gift card for my troubles. Customer service is a joke

The install was fine, although I had to pay an extra $400.00 to update parts and get connections up to code, since my former dishwasher was very old. The team did a great job and I also had a Garbage Disposal installed at the same time. Very satisfied with install and dishwasher!

Showed up when they said they would and no leaks when they left less than 30 minutes later.

The 2 men that came and installed our dishwasher were amazing. They took their time to do it right and answered all of our questions and cleaned up after themselves. As a side note Best Buy's price was less than half of what our plumber wanted to install the dishwasher. Great Service Guys & Best Buy!!!

We purchase a new dishwasher and had it installed through Best Buy. The installers were communicated what time they would be here and installed it quickly and professionally. They also pulled my old one into the garage. So glad we paid for the installation.

Got this after 6 years of issues with all new Kitchenaide appliances. The dishwasher was the worst and was serviced more times than I can recall. That said, this new Bosch is fantastic. If I put dishes with food remnants in the dishwasher they come out clean. Couldn't say that about my KA. Very pleased!
