The Install crew that came out to install our Dishwasher, Range and Over the range Microwave were awesome. They hauled away the old units and installed the new ones we purchased. They were very knowledgeable with each new appliance they were installing.

Anthony, who was one of the installers, provided excellent service. He installed the dishwasher quickly and hauled away the old one. He also ensured that everything was connected correctly. He even double checked it before he left.

Fantastic service. They came in wearing masks and were respectful of our space. Installed the washing machine like pros and took away the old. No damage to property. No problems. No complaints. Would definitely use this service again.

We decided to let Best Buy install the dishwasher we purchased from them and it was a good decision. The installer was professional, thorough, and efficient. After the installation, he ran the dishwasher to be sure there were no leaks and offered some helpful suggestions.

The installer only did a fair job. The dishwasher he installed works great but he left a soaking mess under the sink. I thought there was a leak but the water on the floor was from the cabinet, not the dishwasher. Once I cleaned that up everything dried out.He also didn't install the air-gap cap. We had to use the one which we already had. I will never let that installer from GEEK SQUAD in my home again.

Speedy install & the delivery was excellent. We have an 8th floor condo and the delivery team was unpacking the items from the boxes when I got home from work and everything fit in the elevator and went in the unit with no issues

The installer was prompt. Only took maybe 30 minutes. They cleaned up all trash and removed the old unit.

With all the options available on dishwashers it's a challenge to find the balance of bells and whistles versus useful features. We feel that this dishwasher is the perfect balance. Our last dishwasher was a 10 year old KitchenAid and it was great until it finally quit. I strongly recommend this model.

The first Unit to be Delivered & Installed was wrong one. Despite this the corrections were madw & correct Unit was Delivered & installed. Installation was fast & Proffesional

The two guys that came to my house where very fast and efficient at removing the old dishwasher and installing my new dishwasher. They were knowledgeable and answered certain questions that I had about the new dishwasher and demonstrated how to use the new dishwasher.

The guys who installed our dishwasher were in and out quickly, were very friendly, tidy, and walked us through how to work our dishwasher before they left.

We received an email the day before providing a 4 hour window, followed by a phone call. The day of, the delivery guys called us when they were on the way. Once they were here, install was done in about 20 minutes. They took care to cover the floor and cleaned up after themselves before they left.

About to install my dishwasher but the installation guy managed first to inspect the area where they're going replace my older unit. It won't fit due to the design. Needs to change the brand, Samsung brand wouldn't fit, no under space to accommodate water source fittings.
