Great dishwasher .. Installer from Best Buy did great job Love 1:32 min cycle than 3 hours plus Only bit negative edges are bit sharp can be more round But great - I love it 4/5 rating

I own a duplex house and had two dishwashers installed by Best Buy. One of the dishwashers would not fit without modifications to cabinet. I changed brands for the install and the rescheduling and installation was no problem.

There was a problem with the new dishwasher. It was damaged during shipment. The installer did a great job removing the old dishwasher. He offered to re-install it after realizing the new dishwasher was damaged. We got the same tech when the replacement was installed. He did a great job.

The Geek Squad sent several reminders and called the morning of when they were 30 minutes away, as we requested. The associate was very polite and professional, did a great job on the installation and explained all of the functions to my wife and I belore he left. Excellent Customer Service!

The gentlemen were on time, courteous, knew what they were doing and installed my dishwasher in a timely manner. Too bad there was a visible dent on the front which they documented. All in all I was satisfied with the installation.

Because the DW was taller than the existing opening, installer could not complete the installation in the time allotted. I, as homeowner, had to complete the installation

The gentleman who installed my new dishwasher was very professional, knowledgeable and very nice and polite. Arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Would recommend him.

Jason installed the dishwasher in a very professional manner. He didn’t rush the installl and made sure that it was done correctly.

Install went well. Cleanup left a little to be desired. Some scraps and a couple of screws left.

We were very happy with Chris our instal guy and then to have Ryan Molish show up to make sure all was done correctly and answer any questions was outstanding. We had purchased a washer and dryer 18 months ago and did have some delivery item issues , one damaged, and there was not a geek person sent at that time.

The installation tech was superior in every aspect - would like to have him do all the repairs if we could. Best Buy has the right installers. A friend bought a full set of high end appliances from Sears in September and after 6 customer service visits the installation is not complete ice maker still doesn't work.

Fast and friendly. Only glitch was the need to reschedule due to a piece of my cabinets needing to be removed. (The tech was not allowed to do it)

The day of delivery for my appliances, they came 30 minutes ahead of schedule. They were very professional and nice. They worked diligently and had my old dishwasher disconnected and the new one installed before I knew it. They even gave me a personal number to call anytime if I have any problems. Great service!

There where two young men that came to do the installation. They where very polite, friendly and efficient.

The installer did an outstanding job. Cleaned everything up when he was finished. showed me some of the features of the dishwasher and arranged to have the old appliance removed.
