The installers did a good job with the dishwasher install. The only reason this was not a 5 star is because installers weren't super friendly, but did a good job.

Dishes come out clean and dry (for the most part). The normal cycle is 2 hours 45 mins. Seems a bit long, but the results are worth the wait. Haven't tried the power wash cycle as yet.

Speedy install & the delivery was excellent. We have an 8th floor condo and the delivery team was unpacking the items from the boxes when I got home from work and everything fit in the elevator and went in the unit with no issues

The guys who came out to install our dishwasher did an excellent job to make sure not to track anything into our house, put the dishwasher in place and level it, then help and explain how it works. They were very professional and didn't mind answering any questions we had.

The technicians that installed the old dishwasher were very professional and used great care in protecting the floor and surrounding areas.

The installer was a subcontractor that installs for BestBuy. He was knowledgeable, considerate and took extra precautions to not get our carpet dirty, not mess up or scratch cabinets, and even was tolerable to my loud kids while installing our dishwasher. Great experience and would gladly use again.

Mike, our installer had to get creative. As with almost anything like this, it's never going to fit exactly perfectly. So he had to maneuver some of the Inside case. He didn't give up. He didn't get frustrated. Got the job done. If I had attempted this on my own it would have been a mess! Thanks MIKE!

Fantastic service. They came in wearing masks and were respectful of our space. Installed the washing machine like pros and took away the old. No damage to property. No problems. No complaints. Would definitely use this service again.

The two guys who came to install my dishwasher did a great job, however the one smelled like cigarette smoke pretty bad. Had to open the windows after they left just to air out the kitchen.

Installers were great. Left area as clean or cleaner than when they started. Also explained the workings of the dishwasher.

Anthony, who was one of the installers, provided excellent service. He installed the dishwasher quickly and hauled away the old one. He also ensured that everything was connected correctly. He even double checked it before he left.

My install was great! The installers were quick and efficient. They were quiet and I was able to finish a work call while they were there.

Gentlemen were on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. Each performed the respective duties in a timely efficient manner. They cleaned up after the installation.

Would recommend these guys for any project, and certainly would them for any installation that is needed. Thought about doing the job myself but am so relieved since they were able to resolve issues with the installation I would not have considered.

Best Buy guys did a good job with installation. Called to notify almost exact time they were arriving, and did a great job with installation. . , cleaned after themselves, no complaints. This came as a free service with their promotion, can’t ask for anything more for free.

Install was without incident & all surroundings were protected. Very professional.

Joe was not only pleasant, but efficient. When he delivered the dishwasher the 1st time, he discovered that there was a dent in the back that would effect the wash cycle. He immediately ordered a new one & personally set up a delivery time that met my schedule. He's the best!

Install was good, scheduling it was a pain. Corporate office customer service got involved to get it scheduled.
