I could have installed the dishwasher myself, but since I have the Total protection membership with Best Buy, it was convenient to have a professional install it.

Installer was professional and prompt. He also cleaned after the small mess he made.

The team that installed my dishwasher were professional and took care to ensure everything was done just so.

The guys were a little late but once they showed up they did a terrific job. The person who was in charge and did the dishwasher installation was extremely capable, and did a quick and clean job. He also had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this team. Best Buy should give them a bonus.

I didn't want to install a dishwasher, so I had it installed for me. They used drop clothes and everything to protect my kitchen floor and took away the old appliance as well.

The installation took quite awhile, however, the fellows were careful and made sure everything was aligned and balanced and working exactly right. They were also friendly and clean.

The Install crew that came out to install our Dishwasher, Range and Over the range Microwave were awesome. They hauled away the old units and installed the new ones we purchased. They were very knowledgeable with each new appliance they were installing.

I requested the installers to enter from the alleyway of my house and then thru the garage which was the closest route to the dishwasher. The crew was fast, polite and very neat. They removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one and were out of my house in 30 minutes.

The vendor who came for installation did good job at installation but did not clean up at all after making whole for Cabinets to Pass water pipe for connection. Rest is good

Drilled holes in my cabinet because of a larger hole was needed but did not clean up the shavings. Water leaked under the shelf cover and was not cleaned up. Removed a shelf from the door opposite of where they were working and did not put it back. The older man did not like my wanting to know what was happening, he wanted me out of the kitchen.

The Samsung dishwasher performs as expected due to the cleanest of the glass cups and the dishes

The installer was very methodical, and very considerate of my floor, and sink area. He cleaned around the area he worked in as well. He also took the time to explain operation, recommended detergent, and the better heated drying selection for this dishwasher. Great job!!

Definitely recommend these installers. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure they didn’t damage anything while installing the product. The were very quick, but we’re also very thorough as well.

The team came in and had my old dishwasher unhooked, loaded into their vehicle and the new one installed in about 30 minutes. They were very thorough and answered all questions i had. The installer even gave me a number to contact if any issues came up when i started using the dishwasher.
