The installer was on time and called prior to arriving with a 15 time window. Installation was completed within 30 minutes and we have not had abprovlem

I was sent an email reminder and I received a call 5 minutes before arrival. The installation and hall away were done in a timely and clean manner. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

The installers could not have been better. They were on time, well equipped, did the job and cleaned up afterwards. Really nice service.

Installation service is awesome. Arrived as scheduled. Showed me how to use it. My valves were coroded and needed replace. Small fee and he installed new one. And haul away of old one.

Top notch installation. Very friendly and efficient. I was worried about having Best Buy taking care of the installation, but it was not a problem. Less than 1 hour from start to finish.

The tech noticed a defect in the first appliance, helped me schedule a replacement item to be delivered. Eliminated the stress of what could have been a bad experience.

We were worried about installation in our old home where earlier appliances had already been retrofitted into nonconforming space. But the installer got down on his side and worked around the space available and got it done.

My services tech was very professional he cleaned up behind the mess! Would gladly have them to come back!

They guys were friendly, professional, and thoughtful. They were even willing to take the old dishwasher. But someone was already scheduled. They put in on my front porch for easy access.

Although the prices (especially for the range) were great, the experience was so poor that after 6 weeks of trying to resolve it, I've decided to cancel my order and look for the two items elsewhere. I have spent lost time from work, spent countless hours on the phone with various geek squad reps (I lost count of how many) and I still could not resolve the issues. First dishwasher purchase I made was a complete failure. It was cancelled without explanation, then when I tried to understand why, I kept getting a different answer. They ranged from "you canceled it" to "we lost it and have no idea where it is" to "the store made a mistake and lost it" to "it will be there tomorrow" to "we ran out of the model I purchased" (even though I bough the floor model), to finally "we damaged it during transit, you'll need to buy another one because we do not have that model anymore." So I did, a more expensive model but I did get some break on cost, even though it still was significantly more expensive then I had originally paid for the damaged one. Then my oven wasn't delivered because they had "run out of power cords". There may have been another cancelation or two in there somewhere, but finally came the day of delivery and the installer of the dishwasher came in, walked into my kitchen. Took two quick measurements and said that my bosch was too tall and would likely not fit. In fact, the left side would fit but the right side was about 1/4 inch off. He listed the dishwashers I should avoid (basically all the dishwashers BestBuy carries). I suggested helping him remove the range which was next to the already existing dishwasher to give him more room and potentially easier access to install it and he wasn't interested. He left. He was over for maybe 3-5 mins, if that. I never even saw the box. I called BestBuy who told me that isn't how it should be and was going to call him to come back and try. I didn't want that considering he didn't look interested and at that point I didn't trust him. They said they would reschedule with another installation crew. I then changed my oven delivery to match the day the dishwasher was to be installed. So fast forward another two weeks and the night before the install, i get a call from the same guy who came the first time. I called BestBuy and asked why didn't they follow through because they promised they would send another installation crew. After being on the phone for easily and hour or two, they said they could reschedule it with another crew but that it wouldn't happen the day they promised... I purchased my appliances on January 11th and not it was the 21st of February! I decided to just cancel both orders because I a) can't trust BestBuy will follow though and b) why would I support a corporation that is so grossly dysfunctional. After being a loyal customer whose bought TVs, laptops, iPads, iPhones, computers, entertainment systems, smart watches, toner, printers, you name it all from BestBuy, I have decided I will begin supporting local retailers who actually will welcome my business and fix issues in a reasonable manner.

Dislike the touch surface as to every time someone leans against the counter the dishwasher beeps to start. The third top rack isn't what I hoped it would be.

We had an overall EXCELLENT experience with the installer provided by BestBuy. He was excellent at communicating with us prior to the install. He was neat and professional and even installed an extra outlet that was not included in the initial work order. A++

I ordered from Best Buy based on another appliance that I recently had delivered and installed by them. Timely, good communication, nice and neat, no complaints at all. Would use them again.

Finally got my dishwasher installed and I love it. I had to bang out 2 floor tiles for the installation. After the installation I mudded the floor tiles in at an incline for the next time.

The dishwasher was a little difficult to get in the space but the installer didn’t give up. The dishwasher was replaced because of a dent in the original one.

This installation was the best experience ever! The team was on time, courteous, quick, willing to explain the dishwasher. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this team was. They are an asset to your company!!

Installers arrived on time and did an efficient job removing the old DW and installing the new one, including a quick run down of operation of the new machine. It has features our old one didn't have, so that was a nice plus!

Mixed review. The first dishwasher team to tried to install and was terrible, damaged the dishwasher and said it was a manufacturing problem an left uninstalled. They were not consistent with wearing their masks that were bare thread / bandanas to begin with. Second, different installation team was very polite, wore the masks the whole time. Install was a breeze
