The install person did a wonderful job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband liked him as well. Good to know there is someone to trust with an installation.

Installer was on time. He had a good attitude and was careful taking the old dish washer out and bringing the new one into our home.

our dishwasher died during the start of covid and we needed to replace it. The tech was very friendly and always wore his mask. the only negative was while he was trying to level it he scratched the top of the door

I am a new millennial home buyer. I’m not really good at super hard projects so I hired Bestbuy to install our new dishwasher. They were quick, maybe about an hour or less. They moved it in, installed it, took our old dishwasher away, and everything worked fine! Trust them.

The Best Buy team, whether sales, delivery, or installation have given me great experiences. The dishwasher install was no exception. The arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and left the space clean when they were finished.

Nickson Home Services installed a Whirlpool dishwasher 8/1/20 and things could not have run smoother. John & his helper did a wonderful job with the install. I had several issues with Best Buy but Nickson Home Services did fine by me.

Dislike the touch surface as to every time someone leans against the counter the dishwasher beeps to start. The third top rack isn't what I hoped it would be.

The dishwasher was a little difficult to get in the space but the installer didn’t give up. The dishwasher was replaced because of a dent in the original one.

The guys who came out to deliver and install our dishwasher and stove did a great job. The were on time, removed our old dishwasher being careful not to get water that was left in the lines of the dishwasher anywhere, hooked up and explained how to keep the stainless looking great. Thanks BEST BUY

Perfect service. I had a disaster at another store service install "H.D." which showed me a little effort and care can go a long way. That is what Best Buy provided during my install.

The guys did a great job the first guys took the dishwasher out the new one was damaged had to wait for new one the new guys came with the new one installed in in no time.

The installer was great and patient with us. He was well versed in the appliance and before leaving showed us not only how to operate but also where to look in the manual for questions!

Installation was perfect. It was not a simple job (due to previous Installation) The 2 gentleman went above and beyond to get the job done. They were very polite and knowledgeable.

The contractor arrive within the promise time frame and have no issue install the dishwasher.
