Great team of installers! No problems and they were very careful with my home and the new appliances!

The people contracted by Best Buy to install my new dishwasher wanted an ADDITIONAL $525 to do it. because they needed to do additional work. I nixed that and asked my ex (who is a Professional Engineer) to do it. He did it for free!! Everyone I have told about this thinks $525 (plus the initial $139) was way too much for the work required. I must say, though, that the technician was a nice guy who explained everything I needed and completely understood why I wasn't going to have them do it. Their rates are just TOO HIGH!

Everything went smoothly, only exception is the communication on delivery time.

The delivery and installation guys that removed and installed our dishwasher were very good. They were careful and went the extra step to get it setup. It did require an additional part which they were able to get and complete before finishing the job. I would recommend them for future customers.

The tech noticed a defect in the first appliance, helped me schedule a replacement item to be delivered. Eliminated the stress of what could have been a bad experience.

The gentlemen that installed my dishwasher did an amazing job ! They were very professional and friendly. Every question i had was answered so i could understand it. These guys deserve a raise !

Our installer was great, he arrived promptly and finished the job in a timely fashion. He protected our new wood floors without having to be asked, which was great. The company that he works for, KEPCO, is not so great. They have terrible customer service and do not call ahead to schedule as noted when I purchased my dishwasher. They were closed when I tried to call them to find out what time they would be arriving since they didn't call me. We had issues with them during the installation of both our gas range as well as our dishwasher.

They came to install my dishwasher three times. First time is the mold issue preventing them to put on the new one. The second time the dishwasher installed did not work. Finally they brought another new unit on the third trip and it worked. On time each time and very courteous.

New home remodeling so we Don’t have electricity yet so I can’t review the product yet, but the installers were excellent,

The two men who installed my dishwasher were very professional and made sure everything was working well and took there time with the installation. And also gave me time with No problem to clean the area when they removed the old dishwasher. They were very polite and professional!

I was a little reluctant to have a retailer handle my service. But I can say without a doubt that the contractor Best Buy used was first rate. Excellent work and very courteous. I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment to have dishwaser delivered from the hours of 0800-1200. Delivery service never showed up during the time frame and never had the couresty to call.

Installer (Ben from Excellence appliance installs) was very professional and did a great install job.

Installers were great! I didn’t know that there would be extra fees because of where I live so that was a bit of a shock.

Do not get dishwasher installation through Best Buy! It was a third party installer service who came. Took the 1 person almost 2 hours to finish, made a watery mess all over the floor, dishwasher control panel and top inside rim of dishwasher were all sctratched up (pretty deep, obvious scratches/scrapes also), and dishwasher looks crooked with obvious gaps along the sides meeting cabinets despite installer swearing it was "level". Reached out to Best Buy afterwards regarding issues/problems and still awaiting a response. Very disappointed and will never use Best Buy installation again, even though we are Total Tech customers. Sad.
