The installer knew exactly what to do and worked quickly. He was careful, made sure the dishwasher was secure and lined-up perfectly under the countertop. I especially appreciated him giving me his card in case I need him in the future. The Geek Squad is awesome!

I bought a Bosch dishwasher which I would recommend to anyone. Along with the dishwasher 0purchase, I ordered the tools for the dishwasher. I'm very happy with the tools and they are very easy to use.

The guys who did our install of our dishwasher was great! They hooked everything up and added connections I didn't think were possible to ensure our dishwasher was utilized fully. When we noticed a small mistake we called them and they came right back and fixed it. No fuss!

On May 22, I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. After two unsuccessful installation attempts, Best Buy left the dishwasher at my home. I managed to get it installed on June 1, only to find that it was defective—it would not drain or dry my dishes. I contacted Bosch customer service and despite the product being only 9 days old, they wanted me to pay for someone to come out and service the machine. We ran multiple tests and the dishwasher simply would not drain properly and left the dishes soaking wet after each attempt. I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy. And I was certain they could help me when Bosch couldn't. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they informed me that while they could replace the dishwasher, I would need to pay for the installation. This was contrary to the original purchase agreement, which included free installation. I refused to pay for the additional service, resulting in them retrieving the defective dishwasher. I pleaded both in-store and over the phone for them to honor the sale's original terms, including free installation and delivery, but I was repeatedly denied. During my visit to the store, I waited for half an hour before anyone approached me. When I asked to speak with a manager, my request was denied, with the staff claiming there was nothing they could do. I received the same response from customer service over the phone. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating retail experiences I have encountered in my 40 years.

Quick and easy installation. Contractors did a great job, and were neat, efficient, and cleaned up very well.

I had an old dishwasher and didn't realize how little it worked. I had to wash, wash the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher so that they would come out clean. Now, I just barely rinse or don't rinse and the dishes are spotless. Yay!

The installer was great, called me 30 min before arrival, changed my vial since it was very corroded and gave me hints how to run the dishwasher without using rinse aid. Normal cycle high heat, cleaned the dishes and no spots!

Arturo and John arrived promptly, removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one very efficiently. They also took the time to explain the differences between the 2 machines and how to use the new one.

The guys that showed up could not have been more professional. They were a huge help with the install and takeaway - even though they were not scheduled to haul away the old one but did so I would not be inconvenienced!
