I recently scheduled a dishwasher installation with BestBuy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The installer arrived promptly, but things quickly went downhill from there. Upon attempting to connect the water line to the dishwasher, it became evident that they had cross-threaded the fitting, rendering the entire appliance useless. Despite this glaring mistake, the installer persisted in trying to tighten the fitting even further, exacerbating the issue. It was clear that their lack of attention to detail and proper technique led to this unnecessary complication. As a result, I was left with a non-functional dishwasher and the inconvenience of having to schedule another installation appointment. This not only wasted my time but also caused undue frustration and inconvenience. I expected a higher level of professionalism and expertise from BestBuy, especially considering the importance of correctly installing such appliances. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations, and I cannot recommend their services based on this disappointing encounter. In the future, I hope BestBuy takes steps to ensure that their installers are properly trained and equipped to handle installations with the care and precision they require. They sell you the service at a premium price, promising security and a variety of payment options. This is a very valuable solution for many home owners. We naturally think that a premium price is associated with premium work. What’s not to like? The local business is hired at less than market rates. The result, typically, is installers who are underpaid and therefore provide less than adequate service

The team sent was very professional and installed my new dishwasher quickly and correctly! Thank goodness! Did a great job, thank you!!

When we purchased the dishwasher, the agent told us that the unit would be totally installed with our Total tech and the offer from Kitchen Aid for the install. During our conversation we made sure that the install would cover the install of the outlet, since the unit was direct wired. When the install was done, the install team said that they would need to charge me $160.00 dollars to install the power outlet. I paid the price, so that we would not have to have some install the outlet, then wait longer to have the team return to have the install done. I went to the store to speak to the team about the charge, was again told that that was covered. The store told me to contact corporate customer service to have the charge credited. This has proven to be a 5 conversation with them, and still no resolution. They now say that the charge for the outlet was not covered, but when the store team said it was, they should be resolving this matter. Now very upset with this whole process. We are also having the install redone as the unit was not install properly.

Install was good, scheduling it was a pain. Corporate office customer service got involved to get it scheduled.

The installer arrived on time, was hard working, well-mannered, and friendly. He was well-equipped with the tools needed to install the dishwasher as well as knowlegeable as to how to do so. Also he showed and explained how to use the dishwasher before he left,

Pipes under-the-sink fell apart less than six months after the dishwasher was installed.. Even though our problem was not Home Depot responsibility, thetwo reps reconnected everything as a courtecy.

I purchase a for my fridge for five years. The new fridges go bad much quicker than the older ones thus a dude year warranty was in order and it didn't cost that much!

Slight hick up, but BB made it right. The fittings were initially wrong, but we got the right parts and it went smoothly.

The young woman and man were very professional, on time, and knowledgeable about installing the dishwasher.

Installers were great and needed for this 70yr plus couple, but delivery was very unacceptable as they arrived at 9pm for a delivery window of noon to 4.

My installaton was tricky so a second installer came the next morning to verify recommendations of the first and came up with a better solution. Installation was then fast and the installer was as friendly as he was knowledgeable. Everything was done perfectly.

the guys were very good and helpful with the installations and questions. They weren't as great on the cleanup.

A subcontractor was hired by Best Buy to install our dishwasher. After not showing up on two different occasions, they made it on the third. The gentlemen were pleasant and did a good job. They were a repairman stereotype (watch out-butt crack alert!), did not protect floor surfaces and no booties. It, simply, was not the typical, professional Geek Squad service that I've been used to for the last 15 years.

The team that installed my dishwasher were professional and took care to ensure everything was done just so.

They came to my home to install a dishwasher and were very friendly and professional. They even wore a mask and gloves, and finished in less than an hour. Thank you so much for such a great experience! I would highly recommend them

Al was great. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciated him wearing his mask the entire time. He installed the dishwasher quickly, cleaned up any messes and hauled out my old dishwasher. A great experience.
