When the third-party installer, A Professional Installation, removed the old dishwasher, we discovered it had been leaking and wooden floor was saturated. They were good at rescheduling the Installation so the floorboards could dry out. They did not charge for the second service call.

I was sent an email reminder and I received a call 5 minutes before arrival. The installation and hall away were done in a timely and clean manner. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

They were on time very quick and professional cleaned up work area when they were finished.

AFTER MANY, MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO FIX ALL THAT BESTBUY DID WRONG WITH ALL OF MY APPLIANCES THE INSTALL GUYS WERE TERRIFIC!! THEY ARE 3RD PARTY INSTALLERS & I TOLD THEM ALL THE STUFF I HAD TO GO THRU WITH BEESTBUY..THEY EVEN SAID THEY HAVE HEARD THIS BEFORE..SO SAD BESTBUY

Purchased a new 500 series Bosch dishwasher recently. Installation was on time as promised, professional and better than expected. Wish the installer, who did my first Bosch dishwasher many years ago had been as good.

2 young men installed and removed the old equipment, when they were finished they explained most of the features they knew about and told me about the settings.nice job and efficient and very clean wiping down every where they were

We had two installations due to a manufacture's defect (not Best Buy). The first installation was great 12/17. The second installation (1/13) was terrible. the dishwasher was off center, not 'square', the door hit the cabinet , and they left a tray of water from the kitchen to the curb.

Installer was late showing up. I live in a high-rise condo. The installer was told to go to the front desk to get instructions on where he was to park and unload, as well as, how to get to the elevator (we live on the 12th floor). When he showed up he brought the dishwasher into directly into lobby (just what he was told not to do). When informed by build staff that deliveries were not allowed through the lobby he was rude and discourteous to the staff. Dishwasher was installed and seems to work.

Mixed review. The first dishwasher team to tried to install and was terrible, damaged the dishwasher and said it was a manufacturing problem an left uninstalled. They were not consistent with wearing their masks that were bare thread / bandanas to begin with. Second, different installation team was very polite, wore the masks the whole time. Install was a breeze

$169 is a little much considering the delivery was half the process. The job required disconnecting & sliding out the old, then connecting the new. I took care of the haul-off.

Installations of all new kitchen appliances have been a little stressful. Coordination, appt times being kept, etc. Overall it was decent but not perfect.

Was Ok. Installer encountered a challenge but did not disclose it. Did his best and left. We noticed after he left.

They did a good job but for some stupid reason Best Buy broke up my order into 3, deliver, install and haul away. It should have been 1 order one visit.

We had great service at the store. The young woman who helped us made sure we received the best deal offered at the time. We were impressed with the installation of the dishwasher, which was done very professionally. And we are totally pleased with the performance of the dishwasher we purchased.
