Pipes under-the-sink fell apart less than six months after the dishwasher was installed.. Even though our problem was not Home Depot responsibility, thetwo reps reconnected everything as a courtecy.

We were worried about installation in our old home where earlier appliances had already been retrofitted into nonconforming space. But the installer got down on his side and worked around the space available and got it done.

The two guys who delivered and installed my dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator could not have done a better job. Both were very friendly, took care with the new appliances, worked quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. I was very pleased with their work!

The wash machine performs extremely well. The installation went without a hitch. The installer did an excellent job removing the old one, installing the new one and connecting.

The men installing my new dishwasher did an excellent job. They were very thorough, went extra mile and showed me pointers on loading, on how the racks work and how to clean the filter.

Excellent customer service, wore mask, explained what they would be doing and did it quickly. When they were done he took time to go over how it worked and showed me special features it had that I didn't know it had.

My husband was home during the installation process and says they did a top notch job. Explained all the different configurations for loading dishes and the best detergents to use etc. Our experience with Best Buy has been very positive from the clerks in store to delivery to installation.

The tech that installed our dishwasher was a true professional. He was on time, polite, and very professional. He clearly explained what he was doing and how to operate the washer once installed. We had considered installing ourselves to save the install fee but would pay it again.

The two installers called when they were on the way to my condo and arrived in the middle of the appointment window. They worked quickly and confidently. I also liked that they made a few small adjustments at the end to ensure that the dishwasher was level - good attention to detail.

dishwasher had scratchesand didn't notice till after installation everything else about the installation was good just wish I'd seen the scratches before they left

Installers arrived on time and did an efficient job removing the old DW and installing the new one, including a quick run down of operation of the new machine. It has features our old one didn't have, so that was a nice plus!
