Jacob did a great job in fixing the hose for the dishwasher. He knew exactly what to do and he was very friendly and profession, too.

My first delivery... front panel was damaged. My second delivery... unit was defective and not properly installed. My third delivery... unit was installed properly and works very well. Cudos to Best Buy for standing behind their product. And to me for my patience.

Courteous and friendly enough; however, messy and left trash on kitchen floor. Failed to install the kick plate securely so it just fell over when it was bumped slightly. By the install directions they left behind, I could see they did not secure it with screws, but rather just leaned it up against the bottom and did not attach it.

Home Depot, Lowes and Sears all said NO to installation because my town requires a licensed plumber to install a dishwasher.. Best Buy said YES, and sent a master plumber for no additional charge. He was courteous, clean and professional. Highly recommend.

Dishwasher moved in, assessed that existing electrical line needed to be longer or outlet installed, once completed successfully installed, tested and basic training in use provided.

The installer not only installed my diswasher quickly and neatly, but he also explained to me the various facets of the installation. He ran the dishwasher to make sure the install was working, and he explained features of the appliance to help me use it properly.

Initially I ordered a dishwasher that was too large. Installer tried his best but was unable to fit it in. He uninstalled it so we could put in the smaller sized one we subsequently bought. Nice, polite, respetful, knowledgeable and mainly patient!

Great installation- no leaks. However, they do leave behind a mess from cutting through inside cabinets.

The installer did a great job, he checked everything and he remov the old one out put the new one on and make sure it is working good. He also remind us call him if we have any problem or concern. Best Buy they stand behind their work. Highly recommended

Wish was rod needed also a new air gap in addtpto buying the install kit.. cost me $100.00 to buy from installer.

The installation crew was extremely friendly and did a great job. They even noticed that my prior unit had been installed incorrectly which was causing dirty water to not get drained properly, which caused it to smell sometimes, and fixed it at no cost.

Great guy! Worked efficiently but not like he was in a rush and made polite small talk.
