The installers were very professional and efficient. Also courteous and conscious of my house and surrounding when installing the new appliance. I did notice after though I was charged for lines I would NOT have needed & was charged for where they cut copper lines out going to my faucet that were not in the way & did not need to be replaced by any means for the installation. This was disappointing to see. Recommend to pay closer attention to what they are actually doing under your sink otherwise I would have them back.

A subcontractor was hired by Best Buy to install our dishwasher. After not showing up on two different occasions, they made it on the third. The gentlemen were pleasant and did a good job. They were a repairman stereotype (watch out-butt crack alert!), did not protect floor surfaces and no booties. It, simply, was not the typical, professional Geek Squad service that I've been used to for the last 15 years.

Installer was very efficient and informative. Cleaned up afterwards.

The installation was great. They arrived within the time window. They had a mat on put on the floors to avoid scuffing them. They were friendly and worked quickly. They showed me how to operate the dishwasher.

I normally have the hubby do installations however this time we hired the pros. Well worth every dime. They were super professional and nice. Now I know it is balanced perfectly. Worth every penny.

After a 4 month struggle with Samsung and the dishwasher nightmare...we turned back to Kitchenaid which we had prior and gotta say love this dishwasher!! It is definitely Kitchenaid quality & the Black Stainless just love it! It is great that is still made in the USA as well.

The installer arrived on time, was hard working, well-mannered, and friendly. He was well-equipped with the tools needed to install the dishwasher as well as knowlegeable as to how to do so. Also he showed and explained how to use the dishwasher before he left,

The team of 2 men who installed my dishwasher were efficient, accurate, and thorough. My new dishwasher feels solidly mounted, not loosely attached as my last one did. They wore masks while working, as did I. I am very pleased.

The installation experts that arrived from Best Buy to install my dishwasher were the best! They arrived on time, were pleasant and courteous, efficient and very neat. They added an electrical outlet, installed my new Samsung and disposed of my old one in less than an hour.
