THE tech was very professional and great representation for the company.

I was very please with the installation of my dishwasher. The guys did a great job and they did call me because they were running behind and gave me the option of rescheduling or they could arrive later. They kept me posted as to when the would be arriving.

The dishwasher is wonderful and washes very good. However it does not dry well even when on extended dry cycle so I am not pleased with that at all.

I'm very happy I paid for the installation. It was done quickly, professionally, and installed correctly. Installer was very nice and professional as well. Best of all, I didn't have to do one thing. No stress for me. Didn't have to curse one time...lol.

BestBuy subcontracted the installation out to a company called Twin Services LLC. , and everything was done professionally, efficiently and quickly. The gentlemen wore gloves and mask, of course because of the pandemic.

Installers knew their craft, then took the time to show us how to use the dishwasher.

Jake was great and very helpful. He answered all of my questions, was patient with my kids, and never seemed rushed or pushy.
