The technician did a nice job cleaned up and no issues He was a plumber by training

The installer was very professional and courteous. Even when he ran across an unforeseen problem with the electrical box, he worked it out. He protected the area with drop cloths and cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough good about him. Thank you!

The 2nd time was much better. The first guy did not make sure the dishwasher was level. He didn't tell us there where dents inside the machine either! We noticed them once he was done and was packing up out front. I asked him about it and he told me he tried to bang them out.

IMI SENT 2 MEN TO INSALL DISHWASER . VERY PLEASANT AND COURTIOUS EXPLAINED THE OPERATION OF THE DISHWASER VERY WELL MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT MY SHUT OFF VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BUT THE CHARGE TO DO SO FOR 10-15MIN. OF WORK WAS $75.00 IN MY MIND THATS WAS WAY OVER PRICED

The installation of my dishwasher posed a few challenges but nothing my technician couldn't overcome! He was polite, friendly and informative during the install. I was a bit disappointed as my range hood was supposed to be installed the same day but it couldn't be located at the warehouse.

How easy is it to get your dishwasher delivered, have your old one hauled out, and then have your new one installed? The guys were great, helpful and easily navigated a a fit issue. Obvious pros. You may find someone to do it a little cheaper, but at least now you know it will be done right.

The installation went perfectly. The installer was prompt and cleaned up after himself. Since it was during the pandemic, he wore a mask the whole time. He explained how it worked and was very professional.

Great installation- no leaks. However, they do leave behind a mess from cutting through inside cabinets.

Our installer was so knowledgeable about this product and took his time to do things right the first time. He even gave us an overview of how the unit works. He was very personable and friendly. We even called his boss to let him know what an asset he has in the field.

I paid to get a fridge and dishwasher delivered. While best buys emails and text confirmed the date and time i had reserved for delivery, i kept receiving texts from the 3rd party vendor that my appointment had been changed at a different time. What's the point of choosing a specific time if they will change it for one that fits them better. The guys were nice but they scrached the trim in one of the fridge's doors. Also i had to teach one of the installers how to properly adjust the front legs on the dishwasher without damaging them. Good people but they need to be trained. They didn't use an aplliance dolly. They had to remove the front door and while puting it back, the brought out an impact screwgun that stripped all the wood where the short screws were. I didn't report the scratch because i didn't want to get them in trouble. If i had known this, i would've done it myself.

They were neat and polite. Did a great job doing the install, and cleaned up after themselves. Pointed out an issue with the stove install that was done by someone else.

The guys who installed the dishwasher were great. They even went beyond what was necessary and fixed the positioning of the drainage hoses. (For whatever reason, our old one was set up to have the hose come out the front and thus block the use of the area under our sink.) Very professional.

They didn't tell us about the fact that if my original dishwasher was hardwire, i would need to pay extra for putting a plug in. However they didn't charge us in the end.
