Installers were prompt and effecient. I highly recommend using Best Buy's installers. Not too expensive either.

dishwasher was for the office, delivery was great and the installer new his stuff and took very little time to hook the system up. Also was great at working with us to adapt the hook up to the office sink system.

This is more on the store than the installers. They guaranteed that you didn’t need an outlet for dishwashers and they would still install them hardwired. But the installers said this was not allowed due to code. If we had known we would’ve installed an outlet ourselves ahead of time but instead the installers had to do it.

Two guys came after calling to let me know when they would arrive. In and out in less than one hour. Were careful of my wood floor and cleaned up after themselves. Also took away the old one.

Two extremely knowledgeable and hard working tech showed up, on time, for installation. Job was completed without a hitch.

In my opinion, the main pluses of this dishwasher are the option of placing the utensil tray on the door, adjustable rack height and simple controls.

I could not have asked for a better installation! The gentleman who did the work was respectful ant patient with us as we got picky about the positioning of the machine under the countertop. He did not attempt to leave until we were 100% satisfied.

Set up delivery time and date at the store. Installers confirmed the day before and showed up exactly when they said. Installer was fast, informative, and very professional. He did the job right with zero future problems. I would give this guy a 10 out of 10. Thanks!

I realize the odds of your getting the same installer are slim to none. I just had to say we had an excellent experience with the contract installer that installed our dishwasher. The install was extremely well done and he was very knowledgeable about the model we bought.

I purchased this with my new dishwasher, and the installer used it successfully. The only thing that I did not realize is that this is not a direct connection, but requires a has a plug that needs to be inserted into a sosket. The installers had to install the new socket.

Installers arrived in the window they gave me. They got the install done quickly. The dishwasher worked.

In my past experience, it was a bit hit-and-miss with respect to installation services provided by Big Box stores. These guys were extremely competent, friendly, respectful, and even knowledgeable about the product. Well-trained and experienced.

Irwin and Jose were very professional. They took their time to do the job right. I was very pleased with their work.

It is far cheaper to go with best buy to instal their products but note they don't do plumbing. My valves were frozen so installing a dishwasher required a call to the plumber. But even then it was cheaper to have beat buy come back to install.
