Unfortunately, I had to switch the electric configuration and reschedule my original appointment. I easily got an appointment the following week. The installer gave me his personal number and I arranged through him. He did a great job and it looks great!

The installer damaged the control panel. He pointed it out to me and ordered a new part. Unfortunately we have had issues getting the new part installed

Two installers arrived--both very knowledgeable, courteous and neat. They removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one without making a mess or damaging anything. I really appreciated receiving a call the morning of service to be given a specific timeframe.

The installers kept me informed on their arrival time. When they arrived they were quick and courteous.

Very professional, patient, and informative installers. They cleaned up after and explained to me everything that was done AND how to operate the dishwasher.

This is more on the store than the installers. They guaranteed that you didn’t need an outlet for dishwashers and they would still install them hardwired. But the installers said this was not allowed due to code. If we had known we would’ve installed an outlet ourselves ahead of time but instead the installers had to do it.

Best Buy install contractors always do a great job. No exception here. Love the haul away option. So worth it

First group that came to install it was bad news. However, after I had to have some electrical work done before installation, the second group did a great job. The whole experience could have been avoided if the salesperson would have told us what the current electrical outlet requirements were.

On time for the installation of the dishwasher. Our installer was neat & courteous when he arrived & was able to complete the install in less than an hour. He also took the old dishwasher with him (only a $15 charge for this service ). A great job as usual by Best Buy!

Courteous and polite were The two installers who came to do the insulation. They remove the old dishwasher and put the new one in place. They recognize that the prior installation have been done incorrectly and recommended a solution above and beyond the minimum.

Installer was very efficient and professional. All gaps were carefully adjusted and fit. I would highly recommend her. Cleaned up after install and made sure everything looked correct. Also, she gave good instructions for operation. Very happy experience!
