Great! Armonti Miller, the Installation Rep did a great job. Appt was within the window of time, he was knowledgable and helped give an overview when install was done.

Technician told me everything he was going to do before he did it and told me I would need to pay extra to have an outlet installed. I would use this service again.

The Best Buy install team showed up on time, knew what they were doing, installed the appliance with a safety-first mentality, and they were very friendly and polite as well.

Got the job done eventually, but struggled quite a bit. Chipped the edge of the cabinet a bit.

Installation was fast and friendly. Our opening for the dishwasher was barely larger than the minimum requirements and the install team found a way to get the dishwasher installed. They were great with running through the product features too.

Did not show for pre-inspection and installation, despite being confirmed the day before scheduled date/time. Had to reschedule. Literly had to suffer through HOURS of BestBuy telephone tag with customer service(?) before I was finally connected with manager of local manager. Took a personal meeting with manager IN STORE before a satisfactory solution was achieved. Delivery still resulted in an extra week before installation was complete.

The two guys were fast, one took out the old unit while the other prepped the new one. Once the old one was out, the new one went in quickly. They were done in about 30 minutes. Way better than me trying to do it. Would be well worth the money, but it was free installation.

Techs. were polite, careful and installed LG Dishwasher quickly and took away old washer and cartons.

This is the fourth appliance we have purchased from Best Buy this year, completing all new appliances for our kitchen. All Samsung. Each piece was delivered and installed by Best Buy, outstanding service, very professional delivery and installation. Highly recommend

Installers were courteous,careful and competent. They were also very respectful of our personal property.

Socrates and his assistant delivered and installed our new dishwasher. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our dishwasher. He made sure to answer all of our questions as well as made sure the machine was working properly prior to his leaving.

I think this dishwasher is just average machine. I expected before I purchased it, since the price was reasonable.

The installer stayed in touch, offered to come early, handled any difficulties that came up, was friendly, yet on task, completed the installation in a timely and as expected manner. He explained as he went along and answered all questions.

The crew installed the unit but took my brand new water line drain hose with them . even after calling him still did not return those 2 items .

Very courteous and neat and clean entering the home with the booties to protect the floor in and out. Ask about the failings of the one he was replacing. Worked steady in and out in the rain, I was very satisfied with the time it was done in.
