The dates where an issue in getting this together. Since, there were a few items to be installed. The installation was professional and quality.

great customer service, they were on time and clean masked up for covid rules and went right to work took out old water and gave us time to clean under counter before installing the new one

Felicia was amazing! She explained everything clearly and helped get everything setup. She waa fast, friendly and helpful.

The installers came in and wasted no time getting started. They brought in material to protect my wooden floors and spent a little extra time on the installation because of some issues with the cabinets. They got the dishwasher installed, tested it and were out in less than an hour.

The guys were on time, fast, and courteous when installing our new dishwasher.

They never delivered nor installed actually rescheduled delivery twice. Took off work both Saturdays to be there the second time scheduled after 6 hours and no delivery I went to the store they never picked up for delivery. I took it myself and had to install it myself.

Installation team claimed the could not get our old dishwasher out (after about one minute of trying) and were going to cancel our installation. My husband wiggled it very slightly and it slide right out. Final install quality was good, but would have been a huge waste of time and money had we let them just walk away.

I could not have asked for a better installation! The gentleman who did the work was respectful ant patient with us as we got picky about the positioning of the machine under the countertop. He did not attempt to leave until we were 100% satisfied.

My Bosch dishwasher arrived on schedule along with two technicians. Both were knowledgeable about the product and quickly removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one. Then gave me instructions on the use of the dishwasher and left without leaving a mess! WOW!

The d/w installer was really nice and he wore his mask the whole time which I appreciated. There were extra charges which amounted to $140 or so that I was not anticipating but he overall did a good job.

Install was ok. Just tight squeeze. Insulation wasn't properly installed.

The young men were efficient and helpful. Very impressive - I would ask for them again. It is because of them that I plan on returning to this store to get another appliance in the near future.

I love buying all of my product at beat buy. The service they offer is unmatchable. Technician was friendly and professional. Went the extra mile to educate me on the product I purchase. Loved the service!

It is far cheaper to go with best buy to instal their products but note they don't do plumbing. My valves were frozen so installing a dishwasher required a call to the plumber. But even then it was cheaper to have beat buy come back to install.

In my past experience, it was a bit hit-and-miss with respect to installation services provided by Big Box stores. These guys were extremely competent, friendly, respectful, and even knowledgeable about the product. Well-trained and experienced.

In my opinion, the main pluses of this dishwasher are the option of placing the utensil tray on the door, adjustable rack height and simple controls.
